Al is pleasant and when you speak with him makes it seem like you being happy is what is most important. He cleans up well after the work and is respectful if usually late. When it comes to the finished product though the words don't match. He failed to insulate walls, the tub isn't level and water pools against the tile, there is no waterproofing behind the tile and the plumbing has repeatedly leaked. I would not use him again.
