Best decision ever made was having ALT Construction as our contractor! I managed properties for other owners and have dealt with many contractors along the way. This is how we met such a trustworthy, quality driven company. The passion, dedication and knowledge of the trade was evident in every job and they quickly became our contractor of choice! We purchased a Triplex with lots of deferred maintenance and plans of nice rentals once repairs and updates were complete. It quickly became a huge undertaking. So many unforeseen major issues-one after another-was a huge challenge we never expected. Alt Construction never hesitated. The entire team stayed the course with us and tackled every challenge that came our way with ease and confidence. Alt Construction's contractor was personally involved in every aspect of the job-insuring that it was done right with absolute client satisfaction. He gave us the confidence to persevere. Throughout the remodel process the entire team worked diligently to ensure that all our needs were met and that the details of the project translated into our overall vision and budget. We were amazed how great the communication was. They even came up with ideas to make it even better than we had planned! Added bonus-they also clean up every day before leaving the job! We absolutely love the look of our â newâ Triplex and so do our residents that live there. We highly recommend and would personally use their services again.

ALT Construction is such a pleasure to work with, and i cannot recommend them highly enough! The contractor is always on site, and does much of the work himself. They pay a lot of attention to detail. The quality of their work is the best we have ever seen. We would reach out to them for any additional renovations we require.

ALT is fantastic. We have had 3 prior remodeling projects with other contractors and this was by far the best overall experience. ALT Construction was a refreshing find for our major patio/car port remodel. The work was completed in a timely manner, the staff was highly professional and very accommodating to our needs and costs were very reasonable. ALT was responsive, neat and always on time! We purchased a condo in November 2015, that needed a complete remodel. After a neighbor highly recommended ALT Construction, we contacted them to come out for a consultation. They were very prompt in responding and came out within a few days. We went room by room, discussing options and we were thoroughly pleased with our initial meeting. In less than a week we had a detailed line item quote and a description of everything we had discussed, and two weeks later demolition started. All during this process, ALT Construction was very personable and professional, on time, and provided daily work site cleanup. They immediately kept us informed if they ran into a problem, offering suggestions to fix the issue or even go in a different direction. ALT Construction was professional in every aspect of this process. We highly recommend contracting with them for any remodeling work you may have in the future. The realtor that we worked with when we purchased this condo, is now using our home as a model to show other potential buyers. It is honestly that beautiful and we couldn’t be happier with the job ALT Construction did.

After viewing a remodel of a neighbors house we hired ALT to remodel our kitchen they removed a dome ceiling and wall paper and redid the ceiling and put in recessed LED lighting with new wall switches and dimmers and painted also replaced the wall phone and ceiling fan They referred us to Cutting Edge for granite counter tops and then touched up after it was put in On top of our cabinets they built cove molding My kitchen looks great and we are so pleased highly recommend ALT Art and his dad were courteous and cleaned after themselves each day A joy to work with

Very professional and personable from the beginning to end of project. Excellent work quality, and provided pictures of project from rip out to finished result. Very excited to see the condo when we get back to Florida. We would recommend Art's company to anyone.
