Mr. Souchet was quickly able to identify the source of my water damages and made appropriate repairs to my roof. He also identified a safety hazard with a loose handrail and made a repair to the handrail during the same visit. Very Professional, Courteous and Reasonable.

He contacted us quickly. He arrived within a day to quote the job. He was slightly late for the appt, but called on the way. He found a few more shingles that needed to be replaced than we knew about and had some of his own to use since we were short shingles.It appears he replaced them as they should be. I am not really sure how to judge the way in which he replaced them.

Showed up on time for quote. They had materials on hand for the leak repair, in case I accepted the quote. Unfortunately it was raining, so they had to come back, but they finished the job o the next sunny day. We'll need a few hard rains to be sure it's fixed, but I'm confident that they fixed the issue.
