Brick and Stone Flatwork Repair
Andrew Laino completed the job (repair & chemical wash of pavers) in a timely fashion. However, the crew walked all over our recently stained deck with chemicals from the chemical wash adhered to their shoes. This caused white patches on our deck and no amount of washing/scrubbing would take it off. We called Andrew, left numerous messages and emails, explaining the situation to him. Unfortunately, we got no response. We are now left with a patchy, unsightly deck and true disappointment at the services of Laino, Inc. Given the carelessness and irresponsibility of the company, their services are not to be recommended. RA, Northbrook, IL

"This customer specifically wanted me and my crew on a sat. when her and the whole family and were there the whole time trampling all over my crew while they were trying to preform their job.They also had me there on a Sat. so they could be there to get more work, and not pay for, from my crew to preform. I tried to call and left the a message to help them rectify the issue they had.And supposedly this customer had their deck stained the week before.I worked with them and my crew that day, the costomer did not say anything about the freshly stained deck. And i washed the pavers with a soap that is not harmfull in anyway!!"

We had a very large brick patio completely re-built and a stone walkway created by Andy and his crew. Unlike most contractors, Andy LISTENED to what we wanted, which I find rare. Lots of contractors in the past would tell me what needed to be done in their opinion, which really was just a way to drive the cost up. Andy and his crew were one of the hardest working contractors I've ever hired. They worked for 5 days on our project, hardly even taking a break. They were extremely reasonable in price and our patio and new walkway look absolutely fantastic. I would highly recommend this company to anyone. THEY ARE THE BEST AT WHAT THEY DO!

Brick or Stone Tuck pointing
Andy, did an excellent job on tuckpointing my fireplace. He inspected the entire fireplace and make some additional suggestions that worked out very well. He was prompt and finished the job within the time frame he had quoted. His pricing was very good and the quality of his work was excellent.
