Going into week 3 dryer still not working. Dryer apart blocking hallway to get to garage. Been this way for over 1 week. Already paid them 260.00 $. Never call to let me know where parts orders are. I always have to call them on progress. Horrible.

I have been waiting 3+ weeks for a detailed receipt to be sent to my home warranty company. I called every day to be told it should have been sent to my email, etc. Then was told it would be sent in the mail, which it wasnt. They did a great job on fixing my appliance and were very friendly so it is unfortunate that this simple request has ruined my experience with this company.

"We apologize for the delay, the receipt was sent to you in the mail, we don't understand why it was never received because it absolutely was sent so our apologies. The office manager then emailed a receipt of parts cost labor and service charges broken down and was told that was not sufficient so if you could reply to that email with the specific details that are needed we will get another more detailed invoice sent over to you directly... we apologize for the inconvenience and always appreciate your business."

Dryer went out on a Monday and they came out on a Tuesday 45 minutes after the agreed upon time. Charged me $175 to change a fuse. Two days later dryer went out again. Called back and they told me the earliest they could get me in was the following Tuesday. I agreed and they no-showed on Tuesday. Rescheduled for Wednesday and gave me a 6 hour window which they couldn't hit. Rescheduled me for Thursday and again they failed to show up within the 6 hour window. 0/10 would not hire again and would not recommend.

There are times in this line of work where obstacles are unpredictable and unfortunately this happened to be about a two week span filled with several uncooperative machines. We understand your frustration and understand that your time is just as valuable as ours. Unfortunately these occurrences were beyond our control... We do still have your heating element and would like to get it installed for you and get your machine back up and running. If you would like to give us a call to get that taken care of, we would be happy to get back to you as quickly as humanely possible... Again, we sincerely apologize for any inconvenience and frustration and as always appreciate your business."
