Janice was quick to respond and schedule. Steve and Nate were quick to quote and repair. The work was done 7/22/17, did not receive a receipt, after several requests and NO calls back yet to receive a receipt. The $1,000 check is cashed?? The first rain 8/1/17 since repair appears it leaks worse now than before they supposedly fixed it?? Yet to get a call or a receipt. I am not a happy camper...
