Mr. Llorens was very professional: he contacted me quickly, gave a reasonable estimate and was able to set up the job right away. The gentlemen working with him, Ray and Tommy, were very personable and worked hard to complete the job in a timely manner. I would definitely hire them again for another job.

Owner Bruce is a very nice man. Great to work with in every respect. Painters did high quality work at fair price. They were polite, clean and very professional. They worked at my home for 4 days and were on time every day. I would definitely use them again.

We hired them for a new home purchase in Frankfort, IL. We were just moving to the area, and did not know any local painters. I found A. Llorens on Home Advisor and read their reviews before contacting. We closed on our home on a Tuesday and Bruce met us that night to review all color selections for every room. We were under a big time crunch because we planned to move in that Saturday, giving his crew only 3 days to paint every inch of a 3600 sq. foot house. His crew worked tirelessly from Wednesday morning, late into the evenings and were finishing cleaning up as we pulled up with the moving truck that Saturday. Getting every room completely finished in such a short time was an impossible task, even with the 4 man crew he brought. Our ceilings all required a second coat, setting the project back a bit. But they made a point to get all of the rooms and closets done so furniture and clothes could be moved in. They left only a small amount of work in the bathrooms and hallways to be completed after we moved in. Bruce and his crew were some of the most polite and neat painters we have ever hired. They covered everything as they worked and vacuumed and swept after they were done. Bruce was very detailed walking room to room with us taking extensive notes, so all colors and details came out as we specified. He was hands on with his crew, and walked us through the house upon completion to make sure nothing was missed. Their price was competitive with the other companies who quoted us, and he gave receipts for all paint, showing us exactly what cost was labor vs. materials. I have hired several painters over the years, and this company was by far the best quality and neatest crew we have ever had. I am a bit of perfectionist when it comes to paint getting on trim, and not having straight lines between ceiling and wall. But that was a total non-issue with A. Llorens. I will definitely hire them for future projects and highly recommend them.

This company has it right. They are professional, thorough, detail oriented and they deliver. We were pleased with the final result and also with the attention to detail throughout the project. The team was professional, courteous and artisans. Mr. Llorens was present everyday overseeing the progress and ensuring that whatever was needed was available. Throughout the project, the area was kept neat and they did a good job cleaning up when they were done. We are glad we selected them and look forward to doing the next project with them.

Bruce and his team painted my whole townhouse including basement and did a great job.

Very Professional. Nice paiting job, but they haven't returned to complete painting one of my doors they forgot to paint.

Bruce, Ray and Cameron painted my dining room, 3 bathrooms, kitchen, breakfast room and 2 hall ways on my home built in 1929. The moldings, baseboards, several built in cabinets and walls required extensive scraping and patching prior to painting. The extensive prep work was time consuming but well worth it. The workmanship was excellent and any issues/concerns I had were professional and quickly answered. I have more interior and exterior painting to be done and will definitely call on Bruce and his team to do the work. I recommended this company to a friend and they are currently in the process of painting her whole house,

Overall, it was not a positive experience. Part of the reason for this assertion is that incomplete work has not been completed; not all contractual provisions and rules shared before the actual work began were adhered to (pre-treating the walls before painting, using only new plastic and drop cloths, and more).

Only issue was that the project took 3 days instead of the 2 that was estimated, that is why I rated the customer service a 4.5. Other than that, Bruce and his team did a great job for a great price!!!!

My husband and I bought our first home and were looking for painters to paint our very large living room/dining room and kitchen as well as our family room. Not only did A. Llorens Decorating beat the other companies prices BUT Bruce and his team worked very hard to get our huge project done as quickly as possible. They were very professional and did such a fantastic job!! Bruce was always very easy to talk to and get a hold of if/when you needed him. We needed our painting project done quickly as we were having carpets installed the next day and Bruce and his teamed worked hard and into the night for 3 days to make sure all the painting was done. My husband and I have already recommended Bruce and the A. Llorens Decorating to people. If you are looking for a great, professional painter to help you with your painting project, please consider A. Llorens Decorating - you will not be disappointed!!! Bruce the owner was very hands on with things, he and his crew was very professional, and the finished the job in a timely manner. Equally important they cleaned up behind themselves. I certainly will recommend Bruce to my family and friends..
