"This is 100% not true. Our certified technician came out to your home and installed a new outside (GFCI) receptacle and replaced your bad switch as well as installed a new chime for your doorbell at no charge to you. The ring doorbell that you have is a used doorbell that has paint and scratches all over it. We are not sure where you got it from but after 3 visits to your home and multiple hours of trying to assist you and checking all avenues to get your actual ring doorbell to work we advised you that it is not anything electrical that is wrong. It is the used doorbell itself that you are trying to use that is bad. We advised you that if you purchased an actual new ring doorbell it would work because everything electrical is working and operating efficiently. I even advised you that if you purchased the new ring doorbell and called us we would come out and hook it up for you. Mrs. F.[Consumer name withheld at their request], not only did we not overcharge you but we gave you your chime for free and gave you a 10% senior citizen discount and sent 3 different technicians to your house and answered 4 to 5 of your calls between the hours of 10 pm and 6 am trying to get you to understand that this is not the Electrical work that is the issue but once again the USED BROKEN doorbell you are trying to install."
