The whole experience seemed odd. The handyman got the job done, but had expected me to complete a few things before he had arrived (this had not been communicated with me prior to his arrival) and gave me the impression that he was annoyed being there. I think the winterization went well, but I donâ t feel like I understood what was going on and didnâ t feel reassured. I will look at other companies before hiring them again.

Patrick does fantastic work! He came on site, walked the area with us, and saw the issues we needed to address. He made recommendations that weren't overpriced or overkill, just what we needed. He had to come back a few times due to the volume of work, but was very conscientious of what we needed / wanted and did a great job. We'll use him any time we have a problem in the future, and I'd highly recommend him to anyone needing service. He did NOT overcharge for the work!

Patrick was very professional, the crew arrived on time and went above what was expected to do the installation. Excellent value. After the installation, they put much on the area in the garden that was dug up during the process and put grass seed on the areas that were dug up. It was a pleasure to get such great old fashioned customer service

Patrick diagnosed the problem with two sprinkler zones not very quickly. I hired a Craigslist guy he wanted to dig up lines in the system. aid it was tree roots, LOL $80 per hour. Did not use him. Patrick replaced two control box vales. The system is working better than ever. He knows the business very well.
