About us
As your home inspector, A Major H.I. and Mark Reusch will evaluate the physical condition, structure, construction, and mechanical systems; identify items that should be repaired or replaced; and estimate the remaining useful life of the major home systems including electrical, plumbing, heating, air conditioning; equipment, structure, and finishes. I promise that while other home inspectors may just be looking around, I will be thoroughly inspecting your home. At your service, you will have my years of training, experience, certifications, and knowledge of the home-inspection field. My work ethic of "give a man a days work for a days pay" will be practiced during the hours I spend inspecting your home. After I have performed my inspection, you will know the full condition of your home, I promise.
