We specialize in: TILE AND GROUT CLEANING: With the use of steam cleaning technology,( 327 degrees) penetrates deep into the grout, sanitizing and eliminating stains, dirt, bacteria,soap scum,mineral and mildew build up much more. No harsh chemicals needed! GROUT COLOR SEALING After the grout has been steam cleaned, the color sealer of your choice will be applied. REGROUTING Sometimes it is more effective to remove and replace broke, cracked, discolored/stained grout. RECAULK Caulk provides a water-tight seal. Replacing your cracked, mildew caulk will prevent future damage, WATER DAMAGE REPAIR All water damaged areas will be removed and replaced. . In most cases,tile can be reused to match like there was no damage at all. TILE REPLACEMENT Tiles can be removed and replaced with extra tiles you may have in your home.

Frank is very personable and was on time. The new grout in the wall tile looks great. Frank couldn't replace the floor grout because it was sanded grout and stained the grout instead. The bathroom was clean and tidy when he was done, however excess grout was left on various surfaces including the toilet, bathroom shelves and some tiles. I had to go around with a razor blade scraper and hand vac to clean up the spots he missed.

Frank is fantastic. He came and gave a fair quote. He is courteous, friendly and very professional. Our job had to be broken into 2 separate jobs. The first part was completed and looks great. The second part is to be completed by the end of this week.
