Beyond a good price for our Bathroom project, AMB was very accomodating to our needs and schedules, and finished the project in the time as promised. Quality materials were used and show in the finished product. I would definitely recommend them to anyone and plan to use them again for any other future projects. Great Job!

I hired AMB Associates to paint several rooms in our home. Our biggest challenge was decorating our daughter's room to tastefully incorporate her many ideas. I am a property manager in the south loop of Chicago. Management and our residents had the pleasure of being introduced to AMB Associates a year and a half ago. AMB Associates has been hired for a variety of services from handy man work to plumbing issues in the building, to renovation projects in over 30 condo units in the building. AMB Associates is very professional, provides quality work and always responsive and considerate of the customers needs. They've even come out on Sunday evenings to assist with plumbing issues when other companies provided a 3-5 hour arrival timeframe. I would recommend AMB Associates to anyone looking for quality work coupled with excellent customer service!

AMB Associates are the best contractor I've ever had and I've done many remodeling projects in the past. The quality, attention to detail and going out of their way to accommodate for things along the way were nothing short of outstanding. On top of all that, these guys deliver and for those who know what I mean by ' deliver' , they DO and on time with the highest quality. They keep the place clean everyday before they leave. the project I had was complete bathroom, kitchen, fireplace remodel, hardwood floor refinishing and painting throughout for a very good price. There aren't enough words to say about Bart and his Crew but once you get to work with them, they treat you like their family. I highly recommend AMB for any project and will use them again. They are reachable at anytime even on weekends and respond quickly to changes along the way.

I was able to negotiate their initial price quote down by 50%. Do not accept their initial quote. They never finished the job. This is a huge issue for me. I asked them to finish 2 very small things after I paid the balance of what I owed and they never came back. Would have taken them 45 minutes to do. The bulk of the work they did is quite good.

I recently purchased my condo and needed a total rehab of the place so I decided to start with my two bathrooms. I chose AMB because I liked their proposal package (which included a 3D drawing of what I told them I liked and an option of price ranges for the quality of material to be used) for the master I decided to go all out and use the marble tiles, seamless glass door for the shower, jets inside the shower and rainfall shower head, quartzite tops, and custom cabinets. For the guest bathroom I decided to go with their standard tiles, tub, and remaining fixtures. Boy did they not disappoint! Their standard was absolutely great and high quality mohen fixtures, quality thick granite, and solid wood vanities. My master came out like a spa as you can imagine, but the craftsmanship on both was amazing. I had zero headache dealing with Bart when it came to picking out tiles and fixtures. They did such a professional job, glad I came across them. Would highly recommend!

I am very pleased with the work that AMB has done on my condo! I had my entire condo remodeled. I got my kitchen, bathrooms, floors and painted throughout! They said what it's going to be done and the place looks amazing. I referred them to two of my friends and they were very pleased with their work as well. Argent and Bart made a hectic remodel seem so easy and stress free. Remodeling an entire home is a lot of work but both were there for every step and were able to steer me in the right way with design and price! I originally gave 5 stars. I paid the contract which was agreed to in full. Then, after the reviews were in, I was told that I would be charged extra. There was never any discussion, nor did I sign off on any changes or additional charges. Although the work was good, beware that you will be surprised with a request for additional charges you were never told about, discussed with, or agreed to. Also, the marble floor was damaged and not repaired, as well as missing molding on the side wall and flooring under the dishwasher. Recommended? No

Let me start off by saying Bart at AMB has been nothing short of amazing. I shopped around and AMB had the best price as well as best reviews. The rest of the staff at AMB is just as great as Bart. They do top notch work at a very fair price. They go above and beyond to make sure everything is to your liking. Bart was spot on the completion date of the project. If something was not to my initial liking they changed it no questions asked. I have already recommended AMB to another friend of mine. Know that you are in good hands with AMB.

I hired AMB because they promised to deliver results, and they did. My entire home reno took about 6 weeks but it was worth the wait. Their entire crew was great, they remodeled 3 bathrooms, the kitchen, resurfaced my floors, painted, and installed crown molding throughout most of the house. Great job guys, wife is happy!

It was so hard finding a company that could do what I wanted, and Bart and Argent delivered. They went above to make sure my bathroom was done how i wanted. Everything was custom and now it feels like a spa. I liked how their employees worked and were very well aware of not interfering in our space as we were living there during construction.

They offer me the estimate that include all the material and showed me all samples which made it easy in my end. The basement and the bathroom turn out really nice. I wouldn't be able to do it with out AMB.
