Very honest. When I reminded owner that he said I needed new plywood floor around the unit, he immediately sent workers to buy plywood and install the floor. This added time to their job, but he did not hesitate.

In all of our years of being homeowners, Ambient Recovery Services, is by far the best company we have ever used for our air conditioning needs. They have a quick and prompt response time, everyone is extremely friendly, aswell as knowledgeable, and they do not try to nickel-and-dime for anything. In fact, ARS has the greatest workmanship complimented by their prices. Do yourself a favor and quit searching around for an AC company just to be disappointed.
