Requested a mini split that was working perfectly that I moved to a container, be recharged. When I called, asked about how much to do the job, was told it depends on how many pounds of freon it needed. Dummie me, I didn't ask for the service call charge. But I scheduled, or so I thought, and appointment. The call was on Wednesday, said he would be there Friday between 8 and 9. 9:30 I called, and he said, I will get someone out to you. Maybe an hour later a tech came. after awhile he called me and said it was done, it had a small leak, he fixed it, and added 4 pounds of freon. Keep in mind the system tag says 30 ounces, which I didn't think to look at the time. I said great, it was working, then the bill....$450.00. Wow. I talked to a guy, and told him I wasn't t trying to negotiate the bill, but that was way high. He tried to explain the cost of 4 pounds of freon, and having equipment, and warranty, blah blah. Unreliable. No communication. Installed new AC six weeks ago and had issues ever since. Was told someone would be at my home and no showed six times. Finally hired another company to fix their work. DONâ T hire or be fooled on the low cost.

DO NOT HIRE THIS COMPANY. THEY WILL NOT RESPOND TO ANY OF YOUR CALL OR EMAILS. i HAD A VERY BAD EXPERIENCE WITH THEM. THEY GAVE ME A LOWER PRICE FOR AC AND DUCT WORK AND REQUESTED 50% DOWN PAYMENT. AFTER THAT, COMPANY WILL NOT RESPOND TO ANY OF YOUR REQUEST. IT'S A FAKE AND SCAM, I CANCELLED THE PERMIT THEY COULD NOT GET FROM THE CITY AND COMPANY DOES NOT WANT TO GIVE ME BACK THE DEPOSIT OF $6,000. STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY

I hired Jamie to install new unit on 10/17/2023 to this day it isnâ t working. He stopped answering my calls and has sent his technician out 13 times as of today to repair it but they donâ t know how to clearly or itâ s a lemon. They installed the brand new unit crooked and it freezes up daily. I have lost countless hours at work to rerun home for them to fix and they can never get it. Jamie the owner just stopped calling me back and has left me with no air conditioning and a severe breathing problem because I suffer from asthma. Now, I am having his unit taken out evaluated and replaced with the unit I asked for originally. Jamie the owner isnâ t even licensed. They say they have been in business for 33 years. Absolutely not!! They have to change LLCs every other year because of their bad business. They are not good people. They donâ t say anything honest. My entire home is covered with CC TV for this reason. So people like him canâ t take advantage of me and say they did things or say things they never did. HE REALLY SHOULD BE PUT OUT OF BUSINESS. HES A SCAMMER

I stupidly let the technician ripped me off, my a/c didnâ t want to start the tech came out to inspect it and told me I need a new fan motor, he quoted $680 and told me only the motor was around $400, I agree on the price and he did the work, later I decided to check on Amazon the price on the motor using the info from the box where the new motor came in and to my surprise the price was $150, he was at my house for one hour only, technically he charged me $530 labor for one hourâ ¦

They got the job done fast and were fairly priced.

Extremely bad response. We bought more then 2 â newâ units from them and the installation had issues, u itâ s weâ re not secured, still arenâ t, these apparently new units break down all the time. No warranty was issued as promised. This makes me very nervous. One brand new unit has not been working for close to a week now and no response. Terrible. They seem like a fraud! We promised excellent service blah blah - very very very very dissatisfied

They were fast and gave a reasonable price. They did not pull a permit. The install team did not speak English. I have concerns that are not being addressed after the fact. Not professional service.

The project was top notch. Not only did they show up on time, but they finished the installation on time and left the area clean. Victor was great, he answered all of my questions, showed up during the installation, to check on his guys and to see if I had any questions. He also followed up with me the day after to make sure I was satisfied with the job performed. That's what ai call costumer service.

They did not do an installation properly. Within 3 days the brand new unit broke down and they refused to send a technician out to repair it because it was 6:00 pm and 92 degrees outside. They made it so the air-conditioner was cooling my garage as much as my house because they failed to seal the duct-work to the unit. Very poor installation.

I went on Home Advisor looking to get a quote on an AC that was quoted by another company. I felt like I was getting over charged. Home Adviser sent US Air Heating and Cooling my contact info. Victor called within minutes. He quoted me over the phone for the same unit and within 11 hrs (9am the next morning) him and his team were here to install. I wrote the check for the price I was told over the phone. Better price, excellent follow up, reliable team. Highly recommend.

I highly recommend. My experience with this company was stress free and extremely satisfactory from beginning to end. The owner personally follows up to ensure quality. The staff is very courteous and mindful of homeowner's property. They cleaned up after the job was completed. This companyâ s pricing was better than competitors. There were no surprise extra costs. I own four AC units so I will be hiring them again when the times comes.

Victor was very professional and courteous. I was able to get the AC replaced within 24 hours after being in touch. The price is very reasonable compared to other competitors I received estimates from. I would definitely recommend it for your ac needs.

Hired these guys and they came the next day. Installed a better unit (Carrier) than what I thought I was getting (Payne). Had the condenser and air handler installed and working in no time. I’m very pleased with the quality and service I received.
