Val was responsive on text and showed up when he said he would. He had the necessary parts and fixed my two doors quickly and now they work perfectly. He was so nice and so pleasant and I will recommend him to all of my friends!

We had an emergency repair for a broken window while my parents house was under contract and closing in less than 2 weeks. Val was very prompt, efficient and communicative. Val very promptly installed "insulating material" over the broken window area on a Sunday. Which was cardboard with painters tape for $349. Recommended a modern Anderson Replacement while what I requested and wanted was a Repair / Replacement for diamond pane leaded glass. So I feel was a "bait and switch". we spoke at length before he went over - and so there wasn't any confusion about the repair that I needed. While painters tape holds in moderate weather, it peeled off in cold. - and so while the temporary repair was done very quickly it was ineffective and for $349.00 quite expensive. this job was not one that he was suited for.

"Thank you for your review. We value your feedback, which allows us to improve. Every project is unique and requires proper attention.Emergency repair service was provided on a Sunday. After a detailed evaluation of window frame we discovered a water leak in wall foundation which pushing down on the window frame. This resulted in broken glass. The following was performed on site: Surrounding area of the damage inside and outside was cleaned from glass and hazard materials. Cardboard was installed to prevent more glass to brake in the house. Our goal is to make our customers happy. Just replacing a new window doesn't solve all problems, if there is structural issue to be addressed. Service was performed 02/19/2017"

He had to first visit the home and determine type of door and parts needed. One week later, he arrived with parts and fixed the door in less than one hour. Door is like new again. I would recommend

We were very lucky to find Val. He was courteous, neat and respectful of our home. He always called 1/2 hour before his arrival so we would know when he would be coming.. We had frameless shower doors installed. It was a difficult installation, but Val did perfect calculations. Our shower is beautiful and structurally sound. Val came back a second time to make sure the glass was perfectly clean. We are so happy with our new shower and we would highly recommend Val.

Val called me right away. He was pleasant on the phone and made an appointment the next day to come and see the project. It was an odd type of glass (double pane and somewhat "frosted" for bathroom shower). This was not something that was "in stock" at a local store and had to be ordered. He came and put in when it came in and also did several other "handyman" type jobs while here.
