On time, responsive, lowest quote. Quality is not the best. I had cracks on my concrete slab. Spoke on the phone and was told that it will look nice and new after completion. Should have known better than to hire someone who provided a quote that?s cheap without even visiting the site to confirm if they can actually do what?s promised over the phone. Constantly reminding me that the cost is mostly because of the materials. I looked up the materials and it is NOT anywhere expensive as they made it out to be. They were here for 1.5 hrs and charged me $2100. I should have hired the company NOT found on Angi who visited the site and guaranteed that it will look new for $2500. This company is very good at talking about being insured, bonded and constantly mentioned that they are thoroughly vetted by Angi. It?s my first time using Angi and it will also be my last.
