"The Customer and A&M Construction & Roofing went through The Resolutions Dept with Home Advisor and the judgment was completed in our Favor deeming the claim unwarranted by the home owner do to disclosures on our work order which deemed the Chimney a different system than the roof system. Leaks are elusive and may be found or the source may not. All Repairs therefore are not warranted for this reason. A&M Construction & Roofing did complete all written repairs on the work order, and more. We even painted after telling home owner we do not paint do to matching the paint. We replaced all the boards the home owner requested."

"The Home Owner was explained by A&M Construction & Roofing before the work was done and after " it was it was very hot on the roof on this day here in Texas, and the men needed to rest in the shade to re-hydrate so their would be no accidents. A&M Construction took plenty of pictures, before the job, during the job, and after the job, to show home owner exactly what the problem was and how it was taken care of. We do this so the home owner doesn't have to get on the roof to inspect since a picture is worth a thousand words."

"After the initial presentation to this home owner we found him to be very difficult to work with as he started making unreasonable demands about time lines, and respecting him. When we explained to him we would need to time to get this job completed due to the high demands on contract work at this time; he became very difficult toward the end of the job. This is how inconsistent, and mentally unstable this home owner became. "During the repair work the home owner backed out of telling us he would pay balance of $386.70 extra needed for decking issues which could not be seen until roof came off. He texted me saying; "he would pay the extra $386.70 so we could finish the repair work, then after its completed he told us he wouldn't pay us, and was just telling us a lie so we would finish his roof decking issue. This man still owes us $386.70"
