Commercial Building Site Preparation and Clearing
We hired this land clearing company to clean and prepare our property, and they exceeded expectations from start to finish. Very professional, on time, and clearly knowledgeable. The work was done efficiently, safely, and exactly as promised. The site was left clean and ready for the next phase of construction. Septic System Installation and Replacement
It is with reservations that I would recommend A.M Construction. Anthony was always pleasant, but we experienced difficulties contacting him, getting responses for information requests and pinning a date down for the project. He was extremely busy, and seemed to be a victim of his own popularity. as he was overwhelmed with work and catching up from weather delays. Our flexibility with scheduling worked against us as our project was pushed further and further off. Installation of the drain field and septic system was completed in a single day. They did a good job with the drain field and the septic installation, but managed during the process to hit our foundation and damage several trees with the front loader. We are satisfied with the quality of the septic system, just not satisfied with the process we had to go through to reach the end result.

Anthony's work if fabulous. We started off with our numbers incorrect on the footage of the work but all was resolved in the end in a very professional manner. It's good to have a professional that can work things out. I will recommend him to anyone and plan to use him again.

The work was performed well. They had a piece of equipment break down but finished the job with what they had available. They were a little difficult to pin down on a start date but once they started things went very smoothly.

I contacted Anthony who was very responsive and professional. However the gentleman completing the work who was supposed to build a road up. Dug down and cut our phone line. I contacted Verizon who laid a temp. line. There was no care or concern for the temp line and it was also damaged. An additional issue was I wanted the pad site 5 ft. away from fence so I could mow. This was not adhered to either. Overall the fair price was not worth the headaches.

"The employee he referred to is no longer with this company. I did over look the phone line due to where the phone box was located on the road and did not think it was in the area of excavation. We had to cut the top soil off the drive way before we could build up the road base. As for the pad location goes the day we went out to start excavating there were 4 marker flags for the corners of the pad site which were presumed to be where the owner wanted the pad location since they were not there prior to that day. We did try to contact the owner before we started to confirm but could not get in touch till that afternoon."

WE WERE VERY HAPPY WITH THE WAY EVERYTHING WENT. HE WAS ALITTLE LATE ON GETTING STARTED, BUT HE FINISHED EVERYTHING IN ONE WEEKEND. WE WERE VERY HAPPY.
