"The customer was a professional swindler. Job details were laid out specifically to be as inexpensive as possible. Then they proceeded to ask for things to be done for free. Complaining every day, from morning till night. Offered a full refund many times, but surprisingly they would not take it, I suspect they knew nobody else would come into that scary house of horrors to work. Lights were off all day in the house, and they lurked around like vampires in the dark. Two of the most miserable human beings I have ever met. I actually feel pity for them."
