I hired Ron and his team to address my sewer line clog. After clearing the root ball he ran a cctv down the line to show me the existing condition and provided recommendations for preventive maintenance. Great team, super quick and effective

Yesterday, Ron responded to an emergent call for a backup in my basement toilet which had not been used in years. He was here within 2 hours. He was knowledgable, honest, personable and professional. He explained what he was going to do, what he was doing as he went along. He came back today to finish cutting tree roots with Hydro Jetting. He removed the toilet, capped off the pipe and took the toilet to the dump for me. I am very pleased with the work and will do yearly maintenance with him.

Ron was able to come out same day to clear our kitchen sink pipes just hours before we were hosting a dinner. He was friendly, professional and gave us helpful tips on how to prevent it from clogging in the future. A couple days later the sink started draining slowly again and he came back free of charge to clear further down the pipe all the way out to the sewage line. I would highly recommend American Rooter Sewer & Drain!

I hired him in September and he seemingly fixed the issue at the time. Then today the same issue resurfaced and I called him and he said he could not help me because he did not have apt insurance in order to work on my issue. I called another company they came and did way more than he did and charged me only 120.00 dollars versus the almost 700.00 he charged me for not really completely fixing the issue. He made it seem as though he did so much so much si he could charge me a lot of money. I would not recommend this company to anyone. Their are other companies that do a better job for less.

American Rooter were the quickest to the job, excellent at fixing what was needed and very good value. They clearly have a passion for the job.

Ron completed the job at the agreed upon price. He completed the work on the same day. The work quality was outstanding. We will definitely call Ron for any future plumbing issues.

Ron was very helpful and quickly unclogged a sewer blockage after 2 other plumbers could not. He saved me many thousands of dollars but also cautiously warned me about some under lining issues that I'll eventually have to fix. When I called him about my issue he was at my house within 90 minutes. He's very informative and running a nice self-owned business. I highly recommend!
