E&G Plumbing and Drain Cleaning

He should honor who he says he is. He needs more time in the plumbing business.

Alain Miranda, the owner of E and G Plumbing is not a man of his word. He charged us $400.00 and said he would have a written estimate to us on needed repairs within 24 hours of his service visit. It has been 9 days since that visit and we have received nothing as he promised and advertised on his business card and website. I have talked to him repeatedly and he says he is working on the estimate and will have it right over. Nothing! Please take him off your list of contractors and save the grief and stress of future people. He is a ripoff!!.

Alain was a very kind, caring, heplful worker. He did not leave until everything was working. I had two issues. One , toilet water running too slowly. He went out and got the new part, and installed it. The other project was a spray attachment to the utility room sink. A couple of relatives checked it, and it still leaked or popped off. Alain worked on it and contacted a store for a new part. He found out the problem and fixed it . The old one had a part missing from the store purchase i had made months ago. Alain,was diligent and did not quit until the job was done and everything was working..

They accommodated my tight schedule which I really appreciated and completed the job the nect day. Thank you E&G plumbing. My husband wants to get the 2 year maintenance plan.

E&G Plumming did a great job of repairing the leaky pipes in my upstairs bathroom. They also uninstalled and installed new toilets. They cleaned up prior to leaving were a very caring crew. Excellent work guys. Would definitely use their services again. Thank you.

these guys are good they keep you involved every steep of the way they know what they are doing what more can i say.

Customer did a great job but refused to give written warranty they were contacted 3 times with no response.

E&G plumbing was able to do a next day appointment and the plumbers were extremely courteous, respectful, and professional, as well as very quick! I am 100% satisfied!

Tray under heater was bent.

Alain the owner came out the same day I inquired for service & gave me a bid, then came to repair first thing the next morning with the parts we needed for the job. Excellent customer service

ALAIN WAS GREAT ON TIME GREAT VALUE AND WOULD RECOMMEND E&G PLUMBING

Alain was able to get over right away and got our water heater running the same day. So thankful since I have kids with special needs in the house.

I saw the good reviews on Angi's so I hired them for work on my rental property. I compared their price to the trusted plumber in my area and was a little high but close enough. Before paying, Alain seemed courteous and lowered price for veteran discount. I paid $2850 to replace two water heaters. I asked him to put insulation on the pipes after he showed pictures of completion. I also asked him to check on a leak. He came back to do that but I had to prod him. He won't confirm with me he did. I had to check myself. I am not happy with customer service after completion of the job. He said he was going send me the invoice for the work. Voicemail, messages over Angi, text messages no response. I haven't seen the invoice and its been more than a month. I am going to give him another week and then I'll dispute charge if he doesn't send an invoice.

Arrived on time and gave the estimate, returned the next day and did the job. The work was done on time and I'm happy with their work!

Not good at returning calls. For the most part they did a good job. I do have an issue with the laundry faucet they fixed is leaking and he said he would come on Monday, day came and went and he no showed so I called and he said it would be Tuesday. No show or call. I called and got his message machine . Has not returned my call or shown up to fix. Will keep trying to contact him.

Contractor gave a vocal warranty but not a written warranty, he was contacted 3 times.

Very nice and courteous people they told me when they would be here and what they had to do and they did it. Its hard to find anyone in this world today that does what they say but these where 5 star people THANK YOU

I am not big about writing reviews but these are nice people they showed up when they said they would did a very good job its hard to find anybody anymore that wants to work or just don't show up but this company did what they said they would do VERY GOOD WORK THANK YOU

Originally brought in to fix gas pipe but ended up being hired to level hot water heater.

They were fast, came on the same day. Professional, great work, clean, and courteous. They were willing to work with me on the price. I could not refuse! Chris V.
