Jason did a great job with customer service. He gave me a quote within a couple days and they were quick to come out and do the job once the received my deposit. Jason was not the one to come out and do the job on the roof, however, which would have been nice to know ahead of time since he's the one who did the inspection, but it seems as though they did a great job. We also have a 5 year warranty on the work so hopefully this will stop all the water leaking into our kitchen!

John was very responsive and open regarding the condition of my roof and completed it promptly. He further responded to my roofing needs following the roof repair. He was called and responded within 1 week.

AMF ( Jason) provided a detailed professional proposal with recommendations. They were timely and proficient in quickly repairing my cornice/roof issue. Jason was exceptional with his follow up calls and customer service. Was very impressed and would highly recommend AMF.

Quick response! I was in desperate need of a deep cleaning for a relative who was physically unable to clean herself. She said they were very nice and we all thought they did a great job!

I called and got an immediate response. The ladies came over and and worked all day. They did a wonderful job, I was very please with the work and fast response. I immediately scheduled for a follow-up visit.

Terrible house cleaner. Missed many areas. Forgot 1 bathroom. Was suppose to come back and correct areas missed, didn't show on day she said she was coming.

1 - Citywide was the first one to respond by phone right after posting a request on Service Magic 2 - Scheduling for free estimate was quick. One thing I particularly liked was the flexibility of having the estimate carried out without the owner. 3 - Scheduling for the repair was also quick including the repair which happened on schedule. 4 - Since I was not on the roof and did not check after the repair, I am basing my quality rating more on the fact the repair person showed me defective parts they removed and explained what they repaired. Also they provided an honest estimate that the rest of the roof was in good condition.

My job was divided in three parts: Part 1_ The asphalt Shingle Roof repair was great (5.0), everything I asked to do was done correctly. Part 2_The chimmney needed some cement and only one brick replacement. The brick was not replaced, the cement around the bricks was not cleaned, but the holes that required cement filling were done (3.5) Part 3_The painting of the gables was completed as requested. I was expecting better scraping to show a smoother surface, a couple of gables that needed scraping were just painted over(4.0) I am pleased with the work eventhought there were some faults. I will contract this company again.

I would recommend Citywide to anyone. They were on time,very friendly, and fixed everything in a reasonable time.They cleaned up there mess 99 % after there work was completed ( only left a small piece of flashing ) They went that extra mile . I got more than my moneys worth .

Had one issue with the gutter system (wasn't aligned quite right) and a couple of areas where the shingles were not laying flat to the roof. I called the owner of the company and the very next day (on a Sunday) they fixed the problem within 15-20 minutes and it looked very good.

I was very pleased with the customer service, and the quality of the work performed.

Citywide gave me a decent estimate and even though they were just a little higher than another estimate I went with them due to their good ratings. I am glad I went with them as they completed the job within my time constraints and did an outstanding job. I would recommend them for any job.
