Excavation Major Grading or Resloping
Kyle installed a grading and drainage project for my backyard. Unfortunately, it didn't work, rather it made my backyard flood even worse. After he tried twice to fix it, I gave up and paid another contractor to do the work. Although Kyle says he "guarantees his work", he does not. it sounded good, cheaper than the other folks, but now I have paid twice. Do not trust him. he seems to mean well, but he really didn't know what he was doing on my project.

Kyle did a gravel driveway for me in early April 2021. He was courteous and prompt and did the job in a professional manner. After a few months of normal use it became very bumpy and is now a rougher ride than beforehand. Kyle said he would fix it for months but has not set up specific timeframes to address the problem, never did anything, and never provided guidance on why he does not show up. I even volunteered to pay him, not consider it warranty work, but he seems to have ghosted me. Does not make sense because I made the repair a paying job for him. Very disappointing.

We needed a lot of work done in the back yard. Kyle took notes as to what we needed In the end everything turned out as expected. Kyle was very courteous and professional. He made sure to take his time in answering my questions. I appreciate the fact that Kyle and Jose was always on time. My back yard turned out great thanks to Kyle and Jose. I highly recommend them both.
