I recently hired Urban Shield to help with a roach problem in my kitchen, and I’m really glad I did. The technician was extremely helpful and professional throughout the whole process. He took the time to inspect everything carefully and explained what was causing the issue, what treatment he was applying, and what I could do to prevent the problem from coming back. I really appreciated how patient he was in answering my questions and how clearly he explained everything. It made the whole experience much less stressful. The treatment was thorough and the service felt very honest and professional. I’d definitely recommend them to anyone dealing with pest issues.

Man I had a huge bug infestation when I collected the keys for a short term rental. I struggle to get a hold of a company that made me feel comfortable, understood and with the know how of what it required. These guys from the moment they picked up the phone until the treatment was over, very professional. Competitive prices and ooze in confidence is what ultimately led me to choose them. Bed bugs are honestly one of the most stressful things you can go through. Urban Shield Exterminators made the whole process easy and handled everything professionally.
