I hired Javier to install granite counter tops and paid them in full, they did not finish the job, they tell me they are coming back thru multiple conversations and commitment and never make it, my job is about 85% complete, the backslash is not installed and the under mount sink is not installed properly and not sealed correctly

Their profile says they accept credit cards but they don't. I told him to fix it cause false advertising but not fixed. The end result was beautiful except for the outlet cutouts. They are not accurate and our outlet covers do not cover the holes. Horrible communication. Was supposed to show up 3 times and no show and sent lots of texts b4 got response. Told us yes they would install our faucet but said nothing about not hooking it up to work then left faucet on old sink when they put it outside and the supply line is now clogged and can't be fixed. If you hire be specific about everything cause main guy does not speak English well. Our counters in kitchen and bathroom are beautiful but getting there was a nightmare and I am still paying to have things fixed such as the faucet they ruined. Moen is replacing it but have to get someone to install AGAIN. Again the cutouts for the outlets are way off and outlet covers do not cover the holes.
