Aaron was very professional and very freindly during the inspection. Very well informed.

He was nice and all. But I had to call twice and text one to get my finally report. I hired him to help me out on a projected were doing and I was not to sure if he was out to help me or not.

Prepare to get into a battle about what service you re being provided. Still has yet to complete my write up report

Aaron was nice, but extremely disorganized and poor at communicating. He came to do a mold test in our home, and was delayed getting our results. It took 3 separate outreaches from me (over the course of a couple weeks) to get updates as to why he was delayed and eventually get our results. He ended up offering a small reimbursement as an apology for the terrible service. Then he decided not to send the reimbursement. He created a lack of confidence with the way he handled our service and communication. Would not recommend.

Aaron responded promptly and did his review of my roof within a couple days of me contacting him. Explained everything on site after his review and submitted a comprehensive report a few days later. I can use this report to hire a roofer feeling confident that only the necessary repairs will be done. Would recommend AM in a heartbeat

First and foremost, Aaron Flook is not very responsive. He answers the phone sometimes but is not really good outside of that. He does not respond to emails in a timely fashion nor does he return missed calls. I called repeatedly to schedule an inspection and still have yet to receive the confirmation email with his pricing. He said he would resend it because he likely "fat-fingered" typing in my email... still didn't get it. So I submitted a form on his website where I spelled it for him... still no email. I had to confirm over the phone. This should have been a huge red flag, but the reviews said that he was good and he also offered Infra-red photos which can help identify holes in insulation, voids, insulated window leaks, and a few other things and I really thought that would be useful... so we had specified that we wanted the basic home inspection, radon inspection, and the infra-red photos. We confirmed this with him multiple times. This leads to the actual home inspection. He arrived late... without the radon equipment or the IR camera. He said that he would bring it in the next day and that we would get that report on Monday after he picked it back up, so that really wasn't that big a deal. He also said that he would bring the IR camera and take pictures of areas that he thought may be problems. I pointedly asked him to do the entire roof, exterior, and basement interior to look for any cracks that would indicate holes in the building envelope and he said he "had me covered". He continued with the inspection, giving his insight to a few items, including some things that weren't really part of the inspection. He was friendly and easy to speak to and is knowledgeable. At the conclusion of the inspection, he offered to add the wood destroying insect inspection report as he hadn't seen anything amiss and it would pass. The seller needed this done so it was convenient to have it all handled at once so we said yes. We thought that this wrapped everything up nicely... we were wrong. When we didn't get the reports that Monday, we called. He said he had trouble getting into the home, but he also made no effort to contact myself or the seller or our realtors. Our own realtor was really surprised at the delay as most inspectors have the reports within a couple days. It took another 2 weeks for him to get the radon equipment in the house and then to collect it. Meanwhile, he sent a link for the general report, which I noted did not have any IR photos. He also did not send the wood destroying insect report to me or the seller. When I asked about this, he ignored my questions about the photos and said he would send out the report. He sent the radon report to our realtor at some point, because she mentioned the results to us, but he never actually sent it to us. We didn't see the wood destroying insect report at all. I attempted to call and email for MONTHS and got no response, no answer, no return calls. Nothing. The inspection was in June 2018..

Pro came to out home inspected our roof, was upfront about only inspecting our roof, they do not do repairs. Report was accurate and informal, told us what we needed fixed and where our damage was. I did have to ask to get our email report twice. After a storm they were very busy but did get in within 2 days.

I would have rated lower, if I could. I hired this inspector and spoke with him three times on the phone before the appointment which was supposed to be today. The owner waited over a half an hour, then gave up, while my calls and text were unanswered. The date of the third phone call where I confirmed the appointment was Thursday Sept 6th at 11:45 a.m. I have the phone records to prove these calls, which I can provide to substantiate the facts. Today he did not show up at 6:30, he didn't even call to say he couldn't make it. This put me in a bad spot with the seller who wasted her time being there. When he finally called back he was very rude and tells me he never talked to me. I reminded him of our conversation and he first admitted, then denied the conversation. That is a flat out lie. I can prove it is false. So just be "advised" that he can be nice to you before the job, but he might not show up and then he might not be honest or nice.

While conducting roof inspection took the time to show and explain his findings. He did not sugar coat just how bad the new roof install was, with this information we were able to notify the construction company that did the GAF Golden Pledge roof that our worst fears were correct. At least now they want to see the inspection report after being silent for weeks.

Inspection report was “boilerplate” without much thought behind it. Doesn’t appear to proof-read his work prior to submitting it. Very non-responsive after he collects his fee. Would not use him again nor recommend him to others.

I loved loved loved this company. Aaron did an amazing job running the tests and was incredibly professional yet personable. My only complaint is that he’s not good at all with getting back to you if you have an issue. That bugs me when i have to call someone fifty times to get one call in return BUT we did get our results fast and i would hire him again. I think he’s just super busy and needs to invest in an organizer lol.
