"There was no battle as to what service was provided. We performed the inspection on the property on 4/3/19 and the report was emailed on 4/5/19, 4/8/19 and again on 4/12/19. The address that we had was incorrect and was not corrected by client till we contacted them."
"I did this inspection and radon test for Stephen Chandler. I then did the pest inspection for the seller. I sent the pest inspection to the address that I inspected as this is where the seller lived. I did also send emails 8 times to the email address Mr. Chandler gave me. I talked to Mr. Chandler about the refund and I did agree to give him partial refund for any issues they had. I delivered the reports as well as possible in a timely manner to the emails and address I was given."
"I do not deny that I talked to this client several times. prior to the alleged appointment. However her facts are not completely correct. We never had a confirmed inspection scheduled with her as there were no confirmation emails sent and she was not entered into our schedule. I did talk to her and gave her times of 6:30 on Tuesday and 4:00 on Wednesday. She was to get back to me. I have a standing appointment on the second Wednesday of September for training with Our local American Society of Home Inspectors Association. I would never have scheduled an appointment at that time. She did not call back and did not confirm any inspection. I went to my meeting. I always send a confirmation email and text when scheduling this inspection, this is automatic She admitted that she never received any confirmation from us. I tried to help her by scheduling an appointment on Saturday, even though we do not usually work on Saturday, but she was very disagreeable and ignorant and wanted me to do the work for free. I would not do that. I advised her if she was that upset she should find someone else to do her inspection and wished her good luck"
"I did a roof inspection for a large complex of town homes that had three buildings. I numbered the building one two and three in the order I inspected them. I wrote a thirteen page report with over 60 photos in it. The buyer contacted me on my vacation and wanted the buildings renumbered to the numbers they gave them. I did proof read this and the buyer was notified that the revision they requested would take several weeks. We were in contact with them at every step. I will always number multiple homes or buildings in the order I inspect them not in the number system the buyer uses."
"We did have some issues with email and phone servers. An upgrade in these areas has allowed us to better connected to our clients."
