AMK called about ten minutes after I posted, and completed my first mow the next day.

He showed up on time did a good job and now he is my yard service.

The worker who had been assigned to my project explained that he had made an effort to contact me via text and phone calls but was unable to reach me because my phone was going straight to voicemail. It appears that the issue was related to a communication issue with my phone technology rather than any fault on their part. I appreciate the company's dedication to resolving the matter promptly and their willingness to come back out to complete the service. The worker returned and finished trimming my hedges to my satisfaction, ensuring that the job was completed as originally agreed upon. Given the company responsiveness and their commitment to making things right, I would like to update my rating to a 5-star review. They listen to what you want and add helpful suggestions. They are polite, conscientious, and go right to task. They have even gone beyond for me (for them normal). My home already looks better and they just started.
