Serving our community by treating our neighbors with fairness, respect and giving them options without high pressure sales tatics leaves everyone feeling good..

We are small enough to take the time to get to know our customers and ensure that they receive service promptly. We can also take time to explain options/solutions. Our customers never feel rushed or like they are being sold on unnecessary repairs. Our technicians are paid fairly so they dont have to rely on upselling repairs. Everyone shares the same mindset that we aim for referrals by doing our job, showing up on time, being thorough and offering solutions without any sales pitch.

Repair Natural Gas or Propane Furnace / Forced Air Heating System

Crew arrived on time and completed the installation of the new furnace within their projected time line and within the agreed cost. All inspections were scheduled and completed the same day and unit is working fine. I do recommend their company with the highest regard.

Install a Central Air Conditioning System

Best price. Long time in business with no complaints to BBB. Small family operation, easy to work with, friendly. Good brands, good warranty. Good installation, done on time. Nothing fancy, just a good job. When the chosen heat pump wasn't available on time, they substitute an upgraded model in its place. Old equipment was hauled away. We're happy.

Repair or Service a Central Air Conditioning System

I had put a new thermosat in and in doing so the yellow wire was not in terminal all the way so when the tech pulled on it came out of the terminal so in short they charged me $130.00 to put the yellow wire back in the terminal .Something I could have done on my own and it took him like 15min. to hook the wire in so it stayed when pulled on. They charged me $69.00 to come out which was fine but my boyfriend and I are both going to school and have no money and I had told him that and it did not matter.BEWARE this company is a rip off its just wrong this all took place when we were having 100+ temps :(

Criminal Background Check

Who does HomeAdvisor background check?

The owner or principal of each business in HomeAdvisor's network (with the exception of Corporate Accounts) must pass a background check. Unfortunately, we cannot perform a background check on every employee of a business—the background checks are performed only on the owner or principal. As always, we recommend that you conduct your own research on the businesses you hire, including making inquiries directly with the businesses regarding their employee background check policies.

What does the background check cover?

We use a third-party vendor to conduct a criminal records search in the county in which the business owner or principal works. Our third-party vendor uses a national criminal database ("NCD") to screen service professionals. Business owners or principals with felony arrests that carry a pending decision or who are convicted of felonies in the past 7 years ago will not be admitted to the network. Businesses or owners convicted misdemeanors or felonies, or who have dismissed charges or arrests on their records involving rape/incest, sex offenses, or lewd and lascivious behavior at any point in time will not be admitted to our network.

Our background check does not exclude service professionals unless the crime at issue is a felony.

*The comprehensiveness of the NCD varies by state. Please be aware that the reporting in the NCD is particularly limited in the following states: AL, CO, DE, GA, ID, IL, KS, LA, ME, MA, MI, MS, MT, NE, NV, NH, NM, SD, UT, VA, VT, and WY. After initial admission to the HomeAdvisor network, businesses are re-screened if a concern is reported to HomeAdvisor.

Corporate Accounts

Some businesses are employees, franchisees, dealers or independent contractors ("Corporate SP's") of larger national or "Corporate Accounts". When this is the case, we may match you with the Corporate Account or with one of their Corporate businesses. The above screening process does not apply to Corporate Accounts, as HomeAdvisor does not screen Corporate Accounts or Corporate businesses.

Criminal Records Search HomeAdvisor uses 3rd party data sources to conduct a criminal search for any relevant criminal activity associated with the owner/principal of the business. Sex Offender Search We confirm that the owner/principal is not listed on the official state Sex Offender web site in the state in which the owner/principal of the company is located. Bankruptcy Search We use 3rd party data sources to check the history of the principal/owner of the business for bankruptcy filings by or against them. Legal Search for Civil Judgments We use 3rd party data sources to check the principal/owner of the business for state level civil legal judgments entered against them. Liens Search We use 3rd party data sources to check the principal/owner of the business for liens placed against them. Identity Verification (SSN) HomeAdvisor verifies the social security number(s) of the owner/principal for identity check purposes. This check applies primarily to smaller business entities. Identity Verification (Reverse Phone Lookup) We conduct a reverse business phone lookup to identify records matching the phone number information provided by the business.
