AM PM Plumbing

This company was sent by American Home Shield (AHS) to replace our water heater tank that was leaking. AHS approved the tank replacement, but we had to pay 615.00 to replace the lines needed for the tank. Jose was professional and efficient, coming to check out the problem within 3 hours of me contacting AHS. I was surprised how fast and on time he was. Jose explained the process, and managed a 3 way call with AHS so I could have all my questions answered and be fully comfortable with the service to be performed before agreeing to proceed. Again to my surprise, the new water heater was installed quickly, two days later. Looks great, runs great and he even put a drip pan in on the bottom, which I've never had a plumber do previously. In my previous experience, dealing with home warranty vendors was a nightmare. My husband and I were super surprised and impressed at the quality of the service provided by this vendor.

Terrible is not a strong enough word. They were sent through American |Home Shield warranty. The water heater was leaking , it was over ten years old, and needed to be replaced. "Trish" never answered calls but kept playing phone tag for days. After two weeks (without hot water) and I have kids, a man came out and said the "stand " may have water damage and first had to check that. Sent somebody else out who tried to sell m e a reconstruction package that was not needed. Three days later , P|M plumbing said it would cost 615 dollars to replace water lines etc. before it could be put it. At this point, with us all working and going to school, said o.k. The person that showed up said it would take an hour. I meet him and then returned in an hour. He said nothing to me , I walked right by him in the garage, his back was to me, he seemed busy so I took the dog to check the mail. I turned and saw the old water heater in the street , so I assumed he was still working. When I came back he was standing in the driving SCREAMING at me " Lady" he said, "Pay up so I can go , you think you are so smart etc. " and had a meltdown in front of the house!!! My phone and money order were in the car , so I went to get them. In the meantime he was so ABUSIVE, ugly words insulting me he was shaking, like on drugs. He picked up the phone and told the boss I did not have money to pay , even though it was in my hand, and that he was GOING TO RIP IT OUT of the wall, if I did not give him the check immediately. I asked him if he was 12 years or an adult. He was having a tantrum . Very depressing to watch so I called the business but of course "Trish" sent me to voicemail once again. He called somebody named "Will" . Will said RIP IT OUT. I was ready to call the police at that point. I went over to his truck and placed the check on the seat and distanced myself from this lunatic. What a sad , belittling and frantic and unprofessional pair of men, attempting to bully women . Bad scene.

A year ago, AM PM installed a new water heater. Last week the hot water started running out after just a few minutes. I called AM PM several times to try to get a repairman out, but *Trish* never returned my calls. All calls go straight to voicemail. I finally had to call a different plumber to come out which ended up costing me over $200. This service call would have been free if AM PM had responded. To date, Trish has never called me back. If zero stars were a choice, that is what they would get. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY, THEY DO NOT STAND BY THEIR WORK!

Am pm plumbing was hired by my home warranty company when I discovered there was a leak in my gas line. Josh came out and took a look. He called me later that day and said "good news! I just spoke with the home warranty company and your repair is approved and you will be contacted shortly to schedule the gas leak detection". A few days later I hadn't been contacted so I called the home warranty company and was told that hadn't approved it yet and were still reviewing it. Fast forward to today I was contacted by the home warranty company and told they denied the repair based on the diagnosis submitted by Josh (the technician). He put on the diagnosis that it was preexisting in order to avoid doing the work. The condition was no preexisting and Josh was well aware that it wasn't. He lied on the diagnosis. During our conversation when he came to look at the pipes I discovered he isnt familiar with local plumbing codes which blew my mind. This guy shouldn't be going on gas line jobs withiut direct supervision as he seems inexperienced and dishonest.

Liam was great. I left several messages for the office however and never received an answer back. So it seems the service techs in the field have to do everything themselves with no office support. When you call a companies office, you should be able to be able to talk with someone or at least have them call back. The office needs to really step up their game as they are bringing the ratings down, not the service techs.

The technician was on time, he took the time to hear my different issues and then offered his professional opinion on them. I appreciate that he didn't immediately try to upsell me and helped me try to figure out a lingering problem. Would hire again!

I found AMPM Plumbing on the expensive side but I did not have anything to compare the cost against. They responded right away, they were the only ones that did and they came out that very same day. I am very satisfied with their work. We now have a plumbing service we can count on for quality and responsiveness

Brian did a great replacing our tankless water heater. We finally have reliable hot water source.

I am so glad that I went with this company. The prices are very well and you get alot. Not only did this company repair my break in the main line but they also added a second clean out and raised my existing clean out to both have 2 being viable and will not get lost.

Relaced bathroom shower Faucet, Ball valve shutoff valve and a tap. Guy came on time and completed work and price is reasonable.

They came was is honest about what. What is going on I excepted a payment plan and got to work right away cleaned up behind themselves it was amazing thank you Brian and your friend who came as well

AM PM Plumbing did a fantastic job for a fair price. They showed up when they said they would, and cleaned up nicely.

Very professional and friendly service from Brian. He arrived exactly on time and completed the job for the exact price quoted. Our new faucets look great and work was prompt and well done even though pipes were corroded from the 1970's. Highly recommended!
