The phone was answered by a person, not a machine. She was incredibly helpful, calling a technician who was working on the day after Thanksgiving, to see if he was available that same day. She called back to tell me to expect him within 30 minutes. He was there in only 20. He had all the necessary equipment with him to take care of the problem. The price was reasonable and it seems my pest problem has been solved.

Justin arrived on time. He has a wonderful personality and we liked him right away. He explained the process to us and the product he would be using. We had a lot of house centipedes and while he was there we discussed the probability of hiring him for termite control. Definitely would recommend Justin & this company and will use them again in the future.

Great service. They came right out and treated for our problem. Easy to deal with. I had tried to get Terminex but they blew me off even after inspecting the house. These guys were great. Came right out and took care of the issue.

Justin arrived on time, explained what he would be doing (hornet/wasp, nest inside my outdoor shower) and did the work. He was very polite, professional, and he answered all my questions. I was extremely pleased with the service and will rehire when/if needed.

I called them due to an ant infestation in one area of our ranch home. Justin the technician did a thorough inspection inside and outside the home. He determined where the ants were coming in and explained to me how he was going to treat the problem while assuring me that once treated we should never see the ants again but if for some reason we did just give them a call as the treatment was guaranteed. I am very happy with the time he spent explaining things and the thoroughness of his work. He was very professional.

I called them due to an ant infestation - Justin came out the next morning and treated all around the outside of the house and a few areas where the ants were accessing the kitchen. He was very professional. It took a few days but the ants are gone!

Used their services to remove a very large hornets nest from the barn. Very professional and quick with service. I will use them again in the future.

Travis came the day we called and did a treatment for carpenter bees. He was promoted, polite, honest.

I researched Barnstable Co. tick control and discovered there are 3 recommended months for effective spraying. Other companies had monthly spraying, but when I called A&M Pest Control, they informed me that they spray the 3 times yearly that is recommended by the county, which saved us unnecessary monthly costs. Customer service was very helpful and friendly and we are thankful we found this company.
