On time... well three minutes fast. Answered all our questions and cared about doing the JOB RIGHT. Proud I decided to go with them. Another company spoke to me and never returned my phone or email.... sad but this AM plumbing was different and you should call them today with any issues.

It’s a little early to review them. They just finished their job today. In our crawlspace they installed a double sump pump with a marine battery back up. They piped it about 100 feet to the culvert under a road. I’m not sure if everything they installed will work a week down the road. But I can say their work looked impeccable. Good looking connections, straight lines, tidy. They know what they’re doing. And they were very polite. On time, and available the day after I called them. They are a little pricey. They were only 15% lower than the highest guy in town. But like they say, you get what you pay for.

Showed up on time and completed all items as promised - even better than expected. Would hire again if needed.

Good and quick fix.

This was a weekend problem when our water softener quit working and the by-pass valve became inoperative. We called on Saturday evening when we could not make contact with our "regular" plumber. We were without any water in the house and needed help. Raymond came to the house on Sunday morning - right on time. He had all of the tools and equipment needed to remove the water softener from the system and return water flow to the house. Then he went to each bathroom and sink to make sure there was adequate flow. In each case, the sediment had clogged the in-ine filter which Raymond cleaned and reinstalled. He was pleasant and helpful throughout the process - even though is was at an inconvenient day and hour. After an hour of work, we have water flowing again in the house. We will be addressing the issue of getting a new water softener as soon as our finances permit. Thank you, Raymond and AM Plumbing.

Am plumbing got me scheduled right away when they a cancellation. They were at my house and got started on time. They were very efficient and the work area was as clean as when they started.
