Found them online. Called on Monday. Pump motor out. Less than 24 hours later they were on-site and replaced the motor. A&M is now my permanent pool service company. Friendly and honest services at a fair price. I'm a life long resident of Ellis county and I HIGHLY recommend A&M.

I submitted my request on a Saturday and was promptly called back the same day. Someone was able to come out and repair my pump on Tuesday. Was happy that they took the time on a Saturday to get things started. They diagnosed and made the repair to my pool pump and did not need to replace it which would have cost a lot more.

They were very friendly and professional. I will call them again! Thank you

Project scheduled was met for both start and finish. A & M Pools stayed in contact with me during the project keeping me informed of the current status and next steps. Our project was a re-model. It started and finished in one week. Not only was the work high quality their communications skills really enhanced the project.

Very accommodating even though he was busy he made time for us. We just moved into a new home & we’re not familiar with the type of equipment. He talked us through what we needed to do to get it running then came over 2 days later to check everything out. A little high on monthly service but overall, very happy.

Despite his busy schedule Thomas made time to meet me and diagnose the condition of my pool. I recently purchased the home and although I have had experience with a pool in the past, it has been many years and I was not sure how this system operated. Thomas spent 90 minutes going over my system with me. He pointed out things that needed to be done and several things that were optional or could wait. There was no pressure to buy his service, he seemed genuinely surprised that I wanted to sign up immediately. He and one of his guys, Larry, have been over several times for initial cleaning and servicing. They do good work and communicate thoroughly. They are not the cheapest monthly service around, but the price is reasonable in my opinion. The peace of mind I get from their performance to date is well worth a few extra dollars per month.

Thomas and his staff are very efficient and customer service oriented. He goes above and beyond to make his customers happy. I would highly recommend this company to anyone.

The guy was awesome. He helped my husband trouble shoot over the phone. He doesn't charge for services that you don't need. If you need a pool person this is the company.

My pool was cloudy and my filter needed work done. A&M came right out and fixed the filter and my pool water is crystal clear!
