AMR Fence

Anthony the owner has simply no show to 2 appointments this week for fence repair. Fence done over a year ago by AMR Fence ,with previous owner. A panel broke down. I requested repair paying his full fee. First he rescheduled due to not having necessary parts, after I contacted him. Then he did not show up to the appointment, nor text back at minimum, to let me know he will not be coming on Monday. I left him multiple texts throughout the day to see if he was on his way. He ignored them. He ignored the next day?s voicemail and texts. The following day I left him a voicemail that i will share this experience online. He finally called back 3 days later, and be said ?acts of God? is not under his warranty to which I responded that is why we have agreed to pay your fee. You no show!!! His reaction was that he was busy at another job and this was not worth his money, he was doing us a favor charging only $150. I explained again I have agreed to pay the first time you gave us the fee. You
