$325.00 to replace a water pump on a $400 washer?!? ugh. Had I been given a price before hand, I would have said no and just pay the visit. The bill wasn't itemized to actual time billed and so forth. The worker was great, did a good job, but had to spend some time on the cell phone. In addition, some of the things he had to do required my assistance. Which I was more than happy to help, but for me, the bill is just too much. $200 in labor? ouch. I feel like I may have been charged for what seemed like 45 minutes or more on the phone. Next time, if I can't fix it myself, its going to be replaced. never again.
