Each of our projects is managed and overseen by a hierarchy of individuals dedicated to creating a smooth and transparent experience for our Homeowners. Was given a fair estimate that was significantly better than the competition. The job was scheduled within a few days and the work completed on time. They even came back the next day to inspect the job and make sure we were completely satisfied

After reading other reviews and vetting 2 other bids, we were expecting a great experience with A and M roofing. The sales person we worked with was GREAT and matched the price and services from the other companies we got estimates from. Shortly after we signed and paperwork and as the date of the work approached, we found out that the salesperson had left the company. This made us a little nervous, because he was the reason we signed on, but we were okay with going forward. The day after they dropped off all of our shingles on the roof, I called the production manager and told him I was a little worried about making sure they had the RIGHT COLOR SHINGLES. He was like ***no worries!! We have this back-up, that back-up, a computer system, blah-blah, blah and we have never had a mix-up**. We had been staying at a hotel while they started working since we have dogs who would have gone crazy with the noise. Our plan was to come back later on in the day, but I could not shake a feeling...you know where this is going, right?? So we stopped in just when they had started installing the shingles. I saw a shingle pack on the ground and looked at the color...you guessed it. THE WRONG COLOR!! Once we lost half a day getting THAT fixed (thanks to ME!) we found out that they installed the ridgeline wrong. And of course, when I tried to point this out, the first response was a) thats the say it is supposed to be, then b) we cannot do it the way you want because of the line of your roof then c)after I showed them a photo of the OLD roof where somehow the previous roofers DID do it right, they agreed that it needed to be fixed along with a gutter they **forgot** to fix. I felt like they thought since I am a woman, they could gaslight me. FYI: I you have flowers, ferns, bushes or anything else you are worried about getting trampled, stepped on or broken, do not hire this company! I actually saw them shaking one of my redbud trees to get some of their trash off of it!

A little follow up, about 15-20 screws leftover on front lawn, back patio. Should have spent another 2 minutes looking. Roof looks great, got a good warranty out of it.

Great service and price. They were honest and really worked with me on my budget. Since they replaced my roof I havenâ t had anymore squirrels or birds in my attic. Their price fair exceeded all competitors!!! They are definitely the right choice. I worked with Willie (on price and establishing work to be done) and he is the best. Make sure you ask for him. He made my whole process SMOOTH! He even helped me deal with my homeowner insurance company! Thank you A&M Roofing and Willie!

Dave L. And the installation crew were FANTASTIC! 50 year warranty and all the extra features I could want for a roof surrounded by trees. The company photographs any compromised sections that they replace under the shingle layer so you know exactly what’s being billed and replaced - and WHY! Highly recommend :-)

A&M was great. Their people were professional. The old roof came off, the new roof went on without a hitch. Roof looks beautiful. They cleaned the area around the house up. Can't wait for the first rain to see that all the leaks are fixed.

I am a retired general contractor and somewhat jaded when it comes to specialty contractors (subcontractors in my previous life). A&M roofing has gained my confidence, trust and appreciation. Their prices were competitive with other companies, their attention to details was as good or better than others. The breakdown of their pricing was clearly presented. They encouraged questions, readily and graciously answered them and were willing to adjust their plan for additional work when requested. Some aspects of original pricing were necessarily estimated quantities due to unknown conditions and they were adjusted up as well as down based on previously presented values. I would highly recommend them as a trusted, reliable and professional company.

They gave me the least expensive quote among five roofing companies, and it seems likely that they used good durable roofing materials. The roof color was not quite as I had envision it, but it is ok.
