VERY disappointed!! I recently hired Manny based on a previous positive experience. He was hired to: 1) troubleshoot/fix an A/C system making strange sounds & running too often, 2) do annual tune ups on 2 units. Manny arrived a couple days later & ran some very quick external diagnostics on both outdoor compressors (15 min. each), then declared both units 'good to go'. He did ZERO to clean/tune up the units & ZERO to assess/solve the reported problem. He then charged me $175 for his 30-min visit. When I tried to pay with a credit card he said he'd have to charge me more. So, I paid him cash & he never provided any kind of receipt. LOTS of red flags: 1)A/C tuneups require 1-2 hours (not a 15 min diagnostic), 2)he ignored my concerns/denied the problem, 3)he changed the price, 4) no receipt, 5)he said he was 'too busy' to come back the next day when problem worsened. (I had to hire JAT Mechanical to fix & tune up things. JAT was amazing.) Manny @ Perfection - you lost this customer.

Very disappointed with my experience. Manny contacted me about a plumbing work order for my toilets and gave me a service window of 12?4 PM. I told him I would be home at 1:30 PM and said, ?I?ll be home 1:30, let me know if you can be there after that. If not so I can call the property management company and have them send somebody else.? I wasn?t demanding that he come at 1:30. I was simply letting him know when I would be home and asking him to let me know if he could come after that. I cannot take an entire four-hour window off for a repair, especially when I am able to be home for part of the window. His response was, ?Then have him send somebody else.? I found that response very dismissive and unprofessional. There was no attempt to work with me or even communicate about whether another time could work. I understand that plumbers have schedules and cannot always accommodate every request, but there is a respectful way to communicate that with a customer. Terrible service.

Manuel was awesome! Our A/C went out and he was able to diagnose and fix the problem quickly even including the time to go get the part. I appreciate him and his teammate.

Manny is 5 star worthy. He was honest and respectful and worked quickly like it was his own family without hot water. He went above and beyond with his customer service for my family. That's probably why when I decided to come leave this review all I find is five stars it's nice to know there is still good people trying to help other people. Thanks a million Manny.

Manny is very easy to work with. He spends the time to explain what the problem is. Then a price is quoted that can be negotiated. Once the price is established work is completed very professionally. Being a Senior Citizen Manny treated me with respect and dignity. Using the old school adage that the customer is treated as King. Will I hire Manny in the future? You Bet!

Manny and his brother are awesome! The other gentleman were great as well! No complaints here. They’re honest people, they work fast and genuinely care to give their clients 5 star customer service!
