AMS Construction, LLC was established to serve the residential and small business building maintenance and energy reduction market. We know your life is busy, let us show you how to simplify one of your biggest concerns. We have over 25 years in the construction industry, and have a background in building inspection. We are involved in continuing education programs for the building science industry. We are certified through the TVA as an Energy Auditor and an Energy Contractor. We carry full insurance coverage. Our goal is to earn your trust and take some of the burden off you. We also want to assist you in your efforts for energy efficiency. Bill came out as soon as possible to give me his estimate and though I stated that I needed the bathroom floor and family room floor as soon as possible, because my daughter was moving home at 81/2 months pregnant and the floor was so soft that I was concerned that she would fall thru. He explained that he was booked about 4-6 weeks out. His estimate included a new floor in the bathroom and was still about 1/3 the price that I had been quoted by another company on here. A few days later we were hit with storms that knocked out the electric in a good part of our area. Bill called me and asked if we had electricity. I was happy to say yes and they came out the next day. Bill brought two of his men and was here a good portion of the day helping. They had everything done, including clean up, replacing the floor joists, the subfloor, heating ducts and flooring in both the family room and the bathroom in about 8 hours. I am very satisfied with both the quality of the work and the price. Thank you for recommending AMS.

AMS did a excellent job on the front porch addition I added to my home. They did quality work and paid special attention to detail. These guys definitely do not believe in any short cuts or cover-ups. It was done right and well built at a fair price. Will definitely be using them for future projects.
