Lawn Care - Maintain and Mow a Lawn
For the money, the quality of the service was good. However, I paid A.M.S. up front for the month of July. The first three weeks were fine. The fourth week, Alex sent a text message indicating that his mower was broken and he would be there the next day. NO SHOW. I left voice mail messages and received only one return message. Finally, a young man came with a push mower and cut the grass, but did no other necessary trimming, etc., which was promised with at the initial interview. It is now August, and I have heard nothing and have not had any contact from Alex. I am so disappointed. I hired him because he was a veteran and I wanted to show appreciation. Live and learn.

Lawn Care - Maintain and Mow a Lawn
After receiving a months payment, only one service was done in a timely manner. Not complete, but timely. After that, it was one excuse after another. First, he showed up late, only after I called. And he only returned my call because he didn't recognize the number. Next he sent someone because his mower broke down. This guy used a push mower, and did a horrible job, ( still no bushes trimmed) but he did ask for July's payment again. When we called to express our dissatisfaction he promised to be by the next day to fix the issues, but never showed up. And never called. Again, yesterday he was scheduled to come service our lawn and trim our bushes (something he was supposed to do but never did) but this time, didn't come or call. He didn't respond to texts or phone calls. It seems like he has all the business he needs. And rather than just say he couldn't handle any more, he just took the money, and made a half asked attempt. Please stay away from AMS Landscaping. He's ethics are questionable and his customer service is non existent.

"Wow, I'm very sorry you feel this way. My crew did come in trim your bushes down to a level that of which you came out to check. My crews are skilled and know their trade. You then instructed them to take them down even lower and that if with my crew manager discussed with you and let you know that it would be a higher charge bc your specifications have now change . You agreed to 150.00 charge on your job and we collected from work completed this morning in which you told us it was a great job and could not be any happier. If there was any problems you sure didn't bring anything up to myself the owner when we meet Tuesday am. As well I'm sorry but your 2 neighbors have also hired us to do tree work and and misc landscaping jobs bc they told us how great it looked and good work. Just something to think about before you do this to a company reputation. I hope you have a great day Alex Sarria A. M. S. Landscapes LLC owner"

Commercial Wood Fence Installation
The team installing the fence was very professional and had great attention to detail. As with every job, there can be a few challenges. The entire team handled them well and the fence was installed to our satisfaction. This fence was custom made down to the custom sized gates. Fences made with ready made panels from the "big box" stores will be much cheaper, but the quality will be totally different. No match for the fence Alex and his team installed. They did quality work. Would highly recommend them.

Shrub Trimming or Removal Service
Two really young guys came over and worked hard for hours trimming a line of bushes on the backyard side of the house. They did exactly what was expected and did a nice job cleaning up all the trimmings.
