A little more money but they are pros. Good equipment. Fast completion. 0 percent Financing available. This company does only waterproofing. Don’t skimp and go with a guy who does the laundry list of landscaping and masonry. Waterproofing is too important and too big a headache to not do correctly the first time.

Had a crack in my foundation. They assessed issue and less then a week later took care of it. Took half day for them to fix. Would highly recommend this company.

The inspector was thorough and provided detailed plans to help reduce flooding in our basement. The work was done weeks later. They shied up on time, and worked quickly to install a system to to modify and extend our gutter downspout to bring the water 20â away . Great job, efficiently done.

This is the 3rd basement waterproofing work that AM Shield has done for us, the prior two being different sections of the basement involving foundation work and a French drain. This job involved a window well correction in the back of the house which abuts concrete. The owner is a pleasure to work with and the 3-man crew were punctual, neat and worked very hard. They removed a section of concrete, dug down and refilled so that it now drains properly. We had no water in the basement from the Ida storm which is the first time we've had a dry basement after a significant storm in many years. The crew re-patched the concrete which blends with the older work. I am very grateful to have found AM Shield and highly recommend them.

AM Shield did my French Drains several years ago and they have worked great. Recently I encountered water coming into my basement through a basement drain. AM Shield came back and dug up my existing dry well and expanded the capacity. The workers were extremely professional, cleaned up and completed the job in a few hours!!!! I am a building manager in New York. We have been using AM Shield for many building projects an example is that our soil is a clay base so rain and sprinkler water does not completely absorb into the lawn especially at the bottom of inclines in the landscape. We have had AM Shield install catch basins that lead to a drywell as well as french drains and they have done excellent work for us. I highly recommend them for this type work and other types of work. They are knowledgeable and they share their knowledge when they inspect a job. Very thorough and customer service is great. I called a couple of Waterproofing companies for an estimate to fix a basement water intrusion problem. George from AM Shield came over and gave us recommendations for a solution and we chose to go with an exterior foundation repair. The crew that came to do the job were on time and very professional. It took them 3 days to complete the entire job, less time than they had estimated. After the job was completed, they cleaned up the area and put everything back in its place. It has now rained twice since the job was completed and the area that was always flooded is completely dry. I would not hesitate to recommend AM Shield to anyone who has a basement flooding problem.

Waterproofed bssement and installed sump pump. 2 days of work. They were clean and set up venting to keep down concrete dust. Happy with job. Basement dry even with 3 days of rain shortly thereafter.
