This company should be stopped from doing anymore harm to someone's home and property. I really wish that I could post pictures of their work. You would stay far away as possible. DO NOT HIRE these people. They lack the experience and expertise to complete a professional Job.

Wood Flooring - Install or Completely Replace
Jon and his crew installed solid oak flooring in our house. The appearance and quality of the materials and workmanship couldn't be better. Jon is a craftsman, very efficient, always on schedule, and a nice guy. He does all sorts of home improvement jobs, and I'm so glad I found him for this job and future work too.

Exterior Trim Installation and Replacement
We were very happy with the prompt response for an estimate, the work schedule worked quickly, the professional conversations and the work completed from siding, dry rot around two windows, the color match of paint to our home worked beautifully. Highly recommend this company.

Deck or Porch - Build or Replace
Ashley and her husband recently built us a new deck in Port Orchard. They responded quickly, gave us a bid, and let us know their time frame. They were extremely efficient and knowledgeable. I would recommend anyone that need a deck built to this company.

Wood or Fiber Cement Siding Installation or Complete Replacement
Price at completion of job was raised without signed document. There was a lack of communication. Jobsite was not cleaned up properly at job completion.

"We apologize for the misunderstanding, We had explained before the job had began that we would charge hourly for the install of sheeting, since you were unsure of wether the home had sheeting or not. When we left the job site everything was clean, it is not our responsibility to dispose of a cables company equipment. In our experience we have often found that cable companies need there equipment returned and often times the homeowner will get a credit for returned equipment. When we called to speak with you about resolving any issue, you were very clear there was nothing else we could have done and that you were happy with how the siding was installed. We strive to have a 100% customer satisfaction. We have now changed our policy and have every customer sign a contract and a change order to ensure this misunderstanding never happens again. We appreciate your business and wish you the best with the remainder of your project."
