I cannot speak highly enough of Alan and his entire team!! We have actually used them for three projects - and they will be our ONLY call for future projects. Alan is a talented designer and professional who sees the space, makes great recommendations, guides the process, and helps the idea come to life. He uses quality materials, is fair in his cost, and communicates through the entire process. He designed a full bathroom, primary bathroom, and a complete basement remodel. He heard what we wanted to do in each space and it all come together beautifully. He stands by the work as well. We had a problem with a faucet well after a job was completed (it was a faucet material issue - nothing with Alan's process). He has navigated all warranty concerns and has committed to making sure it's fixed. That is above and beyond. Steve and the crew who did the work are also incredible. They are so professional, do quality work, are great to communicate with while they are in our home, and leave such a clean workspace every night. I cannot recommend them highly enough. Call Alan Mikol and you will be glad that you did!

My husband and I hired Alan to remodel our very outdated kitchen/almost entire first floor area, our master bathroom and our main bathroom. We cannot say enough about the beautiful work that Alan and his crew did for us!!! Not only was the end product aesthetically beautiful but the quality of the workmanship is top notch! Alan personally guided my husband and I throughout the process from designing how best to utilize the spaces we were remodeling for convenience, practicality, and functionality but also offered his expertise and insight on questions or ideas we had throughout the construction phase. And his crewâ ¦ we could not have been more pleased with! They all exceeded our expectations for what qualities you could only hope for coming into your home! They all were professional, courteous, punctual, and tidyâ ¦ actually vacuuming up the workspace everyday before they left!! Steve, James, David, Matthew, Jason, Tony and Mike made what could have been a very stressful process actually a pleasant one!!! And this is coming from both my husband and I both working from home, with our son, and 2 dogs while the construction was occurring! Lastly, with hiring Alan were extremely comforted by the level of trust and rapport we had developed with him and his crew. My husband and I placed trust as one of the most important attributes in hiring someone to come into our home. We never once doubted having to leave our house alone with them workingâ ¦ which in todayâ s day and age we considered priceless!! So all in all having 3 major projects done in our home we feel that we could not have made a better choice than hiring Alan Mikol!! He will be the first to tell you that he may not be the least expensive in town, but as we have found for the overall quality of the work that he and his crew does and the entire experience of what having a remodeling project entails you cannot go wrong with choosing Alan! Wonderful experience. Project was a total kitchen remodel . Alan designed a beautiful space and his crew completed the project as planned. Steve and crew were professional, courteous, and did all work required without incident. The same crew performed all work needed. Crew showed up on time everyday and cleaned up before leaving daily. I would hire again and have recommended this company to friends. Not the cheapest, but well worth the price!!!

As a 50+ year homeowner Iâ ve hired a lot of contractors and Alan Mikol is by far the best I have ever hired and worked with! He worked with me to choose the perfect windows for my home. He spent time explaining everything from the window details to the installation ... even his scheduling process. He is knowledgable, personable and totally professional. His son Jason led the install crew and I was completely happy with their work installing the windows and cleaning up afterward. I can honestly say that this was the first time I had a totally hassle-free experience with a contractor. The windows are beautiful, and my home is much warmer because Alan recommended a quality window and his son/crew did a perfect installation and clean-up. Everything from beginning to end went smoothly and I would recommend this company 100%. Plus...Alan, Jason and the rest of the crew are all really nice and so easy to work with.

Alan is very professional , knowledgeable and helpful and went above and beyond, as I wasn't the easiest person to please. He had patience and helped me with making decisions as well as making sure I was happy with my choices. He was very attentive to my needs and concerns throughout the process and completion of my kitchen/dining room remodel. His crew was equally professional, detail oriented courteous and a pleasure to have in my home. They were very neat and respectful and cleaned the work area at the end of each day as well. I would highly recommend them as their work and commitment to your satisfaction of the finished space is exceptional, I LOVE my new kitchen! It is beautiful as well as functional and is perfect thanks to Alan and his crew. We will definitely be using them again to do our next project of replacing our windows.

HIRE THIS COMPANY. They are not the low cost option but quality costs a little more. Mr. Mikol is honest, his crew are well trained and efficient. Mr. Mikol has a design background and provides design ideas beyond the typical tear out and replace approach. He did a down to the studs kitchen remodel. As well as a bathroom upgrade. This included demolition, electrical wiring including the addition of new circuits, plumbing, cabinet and appliance installation, painting etc. I cannot say enough good things am am looking forward to working with with them again on future projects

Alan and his crew (led by Steve) were the most professional, knowledgeable, and courteous contractors we have ever worked with. They completed our project -- an entire remodel of our kitchen -- on time, on budget, and with exceptional results. The crew was incredibly respectful and left the remodel area spotless at the end of each day. They truly went above and beyond and exceeded our expectations in every way. Our new kitchen is stunning! We highly recommend Alan and will use his company again for every home project in our future.

The project was completed on schedule at the quoted price. The workers were courteous and paid great attention to detail. They respected my property and took extraordinary care in leaving the premises clean each day. I subsequently had them replace all of my windows. When I incurred water damage to the kitchen and several other rooms a year later, I immediately contacted Alan to have him make the extensive repairs. Again I was very pleased with their work and their helpfulness in dealing with two separate insurance agencies. Highly recommended !

Alan was great with suggestions and ideas. The crew was punctual, friendly, hard working and tidy. My bathroom is so beautiful it could be on the front page of a magazine. I would definitely use this company again!
