I really had a great experience with Mark. He was very flexible and helpful. I will use his services going forward and highly recommend him to anyone in need of a locksmith!

Cost was high, but he did a good job.

Mark was amazing! He contacted me immediately and was able to schedule an appointment that was convenient for me. He kept me posted on the exact time he would arrive and opened the lock on my storage unit in record time! Mark was professional and knowledgeable, and I would highly recommend him!

I had one door that was particularly challenging due to its curvature and depth. Mark had to make 2 trips and configure a special mechanism to ensure a good solid lock but he did it!

When I read the reviews on Angi, I could not call Marks Lock fast enough. But in every aspect of our interaction, I felt that I did not matter because I was in my 80s. But I kept remembering the great reviews. Big mistake. He was there 4 hours to do a job that at most should have taken 2 hours. He took countless phone calls. He expected me to accept a substandard job by suggesting that all I had to do to get one lock to close was to push on the door. I told him that was unacceptable and the door must lock without any effort. He gave me 4 keys for the 6 locks he changed. He offered more after I asked him about it but after 4 hours I was afraid it would take another half hour to get them done. I have never had to clean up after a serviceman before but I did for this one. A little litter and wood shavings are not much but the disrespect I felt overall is hard to ignore.
