"Thank you for taking my call a couple of weeks ago. As we discussed, and as you saw from our email exchange from last October, which I re-forwarded to you after we chatted, I had told you that we would refinish the shower pan at our expense and replace the tub. Had we known that you needed the tub caulked so you could use it while you were waiting to have it replaced, we would have gladly paid another contractor to caulk it so you could use it. We're very sorry that you had to use your guest bath and as I said when we spoke, if we'd known, we would have done what was needed to make you comfortable during the insurance process. We hope your replacement experience goes smoothly and that things can get back to normal for you."
