My Standard Home Inspection I'll inspect all of the major systems and components of the home, inside and out, fron the foundation to the roof. I use the latest tools and technology to ensure that you receive accurate information, including a TIF8800 gas leak detector, an extra long ladder to inspect tall roofs, and an ipad to compile my findings as I work. I'll inspect all of the following, when visible and accessible: -Roofs -Electrical System -Exterior Claddings -Plumbing System -Porch & Deck -HVAC System -Attached Garage -Attic, Insulation & Ventilation -Foundation -Basement/Crawlspace I use state-of-the-art Inspectit software to customize your report, which will include detailed descriptions and digital photos of any defects I discover. I'll email you your report, and my job isn't finished until you understand everything in it.
