A Miller Time Pool Service and Repair, LLC has qualified technicians that include 23 years of experience in the swimming pool and spa industry. In 2005, we formed our business, A Miller Time Pool Service and Repair, in the Phoenix area. We do not do cleaning, replastering, or relining of fiberglass pools. We service and repair pumps, filters, motors, and heaters for pools and spas; perform acid washes, minor tile repair, and minor deck repairs; and plumbing, including moving all plumbing to another location. We take great pride in dealing personally with all of our customers and believe that quality workmanship, coupled with exceptional customer service, creates repeat customers. Customer service was outstanding. The technician was prompt and friendly and both he and the owner seemed to care. However, after many hundreds of dollars spent they were unable to resolve my pool's problem Their final recommendation was to consider draining the pool. The problem was eventually solved by me, with the help of my local pool store, and involved nothing more than regular water testing and treating. While I do think A Miller Time's intentions were good, in retrospect it is painfully obvious that money was spent unnecessarily and a chunk of the summertime "wasted" as our pool went unused.

For several hundred dollars the Miller Time service tech analyzed our pool heater and air-jet blower problems and resolved them with great expertise. This saved us from spending approximately $ 2200.00 on a new heater. This is a twenty-two year old heater and blower, and while others simply said it was too old to fix, he acknowledged that we had taken excellent care of the equipment, blown it out, kept it clean, and that it may very well have another 20 years of life in it if we continued to care for it in the same manner. An Excellent recommendation, and an excellent service technician.

I was pleased with Ric. He did the job he was hired to do. I feel the person he had do part of the job could have done a better job, as he had to be called back to finish the job the next week. He did come back and finish the job as he said he would. The job was done.

The professional was extremely knowledgeable in his field. He discovered the light in the pool still worked and the heater for the pool worked. He let me know that no work was needed on these two items. He was very honest and that is hard to find. If I ever need work done again I would call Miller Time Pool Service again and again.
