We received a phone call within 5 minutes of submitting the request. And he made a suggestion of something we could check ourselves - it ended up saving us having him come out here.

I was not satisfied with the work provided because only one of the services requested was performed. I had asked for plumbing and a/c services but only the request for a/c services was completed. The technicians said they had time restrictions and could not do it in one day and would charge another $50 to just come out to do the plumbing part.

quality of work was superb! He explained everything that needed to be done in detail. He is the first plumber who ever called back within 15 minutes to find out what we needed. You don't have to worry about anything getting dirty. When Adam enters you home, he covers his boots to make sure that he does't track any dirt. He is most courteous and extremely dependable. His charge is comparable to other plumbers. He is the best!!

Very friendly and helpful. There was no Surprise with him. He had given us a bid we agreed on it and the actually price was cheaper. I would defiantly recommend this company to others!!

Adam Mitchell is very professional and did a great job....Higher costs then I planned, but the are quick and excellent.

We had a busted central A/C during a very hot week with a small child. Adam was the ultimate professional. He shifted his schedule around to come do the estimate. Then the next day he was able to gather all the troops to replace the bad A/C unit, including the electrician on a very hot day. Adam is certainly not the cheapest but in the category of value he rates at the top. I am very satisfied and would recommend him for any plumbing or A/C work.

Adam was willing to provide an over-the-phone estimate. When it turned out that my maintenance job was not necessary at this time, he did not charge for providing advice on how to do the job myself in the future and also waved the destination charges! A. Mitchell also arrived right at the appointed time. A pleasure to deal with. I will definitely call Adam for our next plumbing job.

Adam and his dad were fantastic. Adam ran into a snag the day he was supposed to come out, but he quickly & courteously made up for it, by offering to come out on Saturday! He and his dad worked efficiently, were so pleasant, gave great suggestions, and were on their way within 30 minutes!?! I'd recommend them to anyone!

I found Adam to be very prompt and courteous on the phone and in person - he took the time to explain the problem - and also gave me some precaution tips, and the most important of all - he cleaned up all the mess there was because of the leakage and the repairs he did. Had I not been present there - I would have felt that no one has come to repair :).
