Anderson Complete Finish Concrete

Bad customer service and unlicensed

This contractor installed concrete in on my side and back yards. He came out to give me an estimate and returned to discuss the scope of work and the contract. Said the job would be done in one day and then he would return to seal the concrete 1 month later. The day the concrete was poured he brought a crew out to do the work and left. Seems as if he said he forgot to tell the workers exactly what we discussed and so they poured the concrete wrong. He did not return until the end of the day and said he was sorry but it was not much he could do because the concrete had dried. He and his crew left the broken up concrete, wire, beers bottles and trash in my yard. When I asked him to clean it up he confirmed he would come back and did not return for a month. When he finally returned he cleaned up the concrete from the demo and the wire and beer bottles and hosed down the patio in preparation to seal it. Said the concrete had to dry and that he would be back to seal it on Sunday. That was 3 months ago. He NEVER came back even though he would txt me every week to tell me he was coming and then just never showed up. LOL. I was Ghosted by my concrete guy! REALLY, REALLY BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE.

did a good job overall

John was great to work with. He is very professional and did a great job on our backyard patio! I would recommend Anderson Complete Finish to anyone.

We got Johnâ s contact info from Home Advisor. My husband and I were both very happy with the outcome of his work. John is very professional and trustworthy. He explained the scope of work to us and set our expectations clearly that heâ s not going to rush into finishing the job especially in this warm summer weather because he wants to deliver a project thatâ s high in quality. We appreciate his honesty and professionalism. My husband and I were both pleased with the outcome. Never thought that the entire concrete finish of our backyard would look very beautiful. Thank you John!

We are very pleased with the finished product of our patio. If anyone is looking for an honest and affordable company then we definitely recommend John Anderson. Thank you John.

Quality and customer service was well below expectations. We had acobtravtual agreement that project would be completed in three business days. It took this contractor. Total of five days and when completed didnâ t even acknowledge that the job was done or finished just left. He also left dark stains on my existing concrete pathway and also left large patches of dirt in my gravel pathway (both did not exist until he was hired to do the job so this was his doing without any doubt) without thoroughly cleaning up although he attempted to do so which was also below acceptable standard. Very disappointing!!!

I hired John to put a stamped concrete back yard patio in. He did a great job. It looks amazing and he completed the work quickly. Would absolutely use his services again.

I worked with John Anderson, the owner of the company to get stamped concrete in my backyard. My back yard in a week looks heavenly! Very happy with the quote, reliability, workmanship and results. Very pleasant to work with, Felt like I was dealing with honest, hard working men. I highly recommend them ! Thank You John and your team ! Hope you will fix if any small issues occurs in next few months :) thx
