We hired ADECA to add a 750 sqft addition to our existing home. The project added an owner’s ensuite, a laundry room and a bedroom onto our existing home. Because of the size of the project, an architect was involved, permits pulled, HVAC, plumbing, electrical all managed by ADECA. They aligned each step of the project and all the disciplines worked together to move the project forward. There were several bumps in the road that had to be managed and Angela, our project manager, handled each one with grace and determination. As in every project, not all things were discussed ahead of time, but ADECA and Angela’s goal were always to make sure we were fully satisfied with the results. I learned so much about construction and found the process overwhelming at times, however, I’m thankful for the professionalism and patience that Angela and ADECA showed us. We absolutely love our new addition!

My experience with Adeca Design was great. The team was professional and got the work done in an efficient timely manner. Angela responded to my texts and phone calls with in a matter of minutes, even when she was on vacation visiting family. Angela impressed me at our first meeting. she listened to my ideas and vision. When I had questions on my ideas she let me know her professional opinion. We had the kitchen gutted from ceiling to floors. I went from a non functional kitchen to the kitchen I envisioned. I now love spending time in my kitchen. Angela still checks in to see how things are going.

This is an incredible company! Angela was with us from beginning to end after we lost our lanai thanks to Milton. She knew what we wanted and exceeded our expectations! Angela and her crew did an amazing job. They built the garage to my specification exactly the way I wanted. All their workers were experts and what they did respectful very good people. Not only that but they navigated Charlotte county's permit process better than any contractor I have had.

Complete kitchen redo! Cabinets, floor, countertops as well as walls into dining room. Beautiful!! All members of the crew work well together. Work was done while I was up north. Owner called me almost daily and shared pictures and would ask if I wanted anything different. I have since hired her to do both bathrooms and the lanai. Good help is so hard to find!

Angela and her team were super efficient and professional renovating my elderly mother's house after it was decimated from Hurricane Helene and Milton. She was not only compassionate and fair considering our budget, but solutions-oriented and an excellent communicator considering I was out of state and needed to make decisions remotely on behalf of my mother. They went the extra mile, did not cut corners and did great work overall -- from kitchen reno to bathroom repairs, drywall install to full house painting. I definitely would recommend ADECA Design and plan on working with them again in the future.

They replaced sub floor and new vinyl flooring, work was not done in the time frame agreed upon. Sub floor was not installed properly, so new vinyl floor, start coming up after 2 months. A call to Angela to get it repaired. She sent a man over and he did repair to vinyl ,but did not repair subfloor. So floor came apart again, after a month and a half. I texted Angela again, and she did not reply. She never came to look at the floor to see what needed to be done, before or after the repair work. I cannot recommend this company.

Piece of mind!! I was not at location but I got great communication accompanied by pictures and videos. This was a conscientious team led by Angela. Any concerns or questions were met with honest, transparent and if warranted solution based focus. I am hard to please, but I got the outcome I hoped for Anyone challenged with the right decision make ADECA your choice you wonâ t be sorry. We had all new windows, new carport, Florida room built from ground up . Everything to code and they handled alll permits. Timeline was a bit extended but not due to contractors rather supply of quality materials. All financial obligations were upfront and any need for decisions were addressed proactively and open for discussion and budget restrictions My stress was alleviated from the start of this project thanks to this crew! Any future projects they will be our first call.

Iâ m very glad I hired ADECA Design for my kitchen remodel. Angela was very responsive to my questions and was hands on in making sure of the quality of the work. Her staff were respectful of my home. I felt comfortable giving them a key to my condo. I plan to use ADECA Design for future remodels.

I was on a very tight time frame to get this project done because I live out of state, and I was only going to be in Florida to be present for the project for a few days.
