Steel Beams (Structural) - Install
They took my money, did not completed the job, I am really disappointed. Now I have to try and get someone else to assist me. I will never do anything with them again and I hope no one else use them either.

not dependable will not return calls and not show up when he said he will. I do not have the shower door and grout is peeling.

Grout: Replace or Repair
Andy did not fulfill his promises to complete my bathroom, tiles, window, and reglazing for my bathtub. He was paid for half the job and has not come back to complete it. Time after time, there were excuses and no shows. He has also taken the window I purchased and did not return it back to me kept the receipt. Also, they broke my bathroom window while working. I am very disappointed and I am waiting for a resolution!

Doors (Exterior) - Install or Replace
Delay after delay, excuse after excuse. After weeks of waiting, they finally came and install the exterior door and only did half the job and never returned. I called and text him multiple times every time was a new excuse/no answer. // Edit: Andy came and completed the job.

"First, think first the door you needed way a Special order door. I try multiple suppliers for your door because you needed a 30 by 80 Fibreglass door no one has that door it had to be ordered .you wanted P.V.C trim to be installed around the door we did if you can find PVC trim for a whole door for $8.00 I will love for you to supply me with the material your door was ordered from a company called national door company there was the only one that had the door you needed."

Water Heater - Install or Replace
I have to say that I immediately felt like I found the perfect person for the project. The price quoted was excellent and after meeting Andy I was pleasantly surprised that upon completion of the job the price he asked me to pay was actually less than the price quoted. I gave him the full price as quoted. I will be using him again for any additional projects that I will have in the future. I highly recommend using him !!!
