We had 3 bedrooms and a hallway done, he was very good at getting ridges smoothed out from previous job done by my husband. However, stained footprints were left in one bedroom that luckily will be hidden under a bed, but for resale (which is why we had it done) in the future it will need to be addressed and refinished. He mentioned a refund which was never fulfilled. Also, a patio door installation was completed for in-laws and there were issues there also. More attention to finishing product is needed to consider them professional.

ANR is great to work with. Very professional and personable. They honor their committments, offer great advise and complete the job in a timely manner. I would strongly recommend them to anyone who is thinking of having hard wood floors refinished.

i was very pleased with them and would have no problems recommending ANR Remodeling to anyone needing floor repair/replacement. The only reason why I didn't hire them on the spot, was that I had a two week time frame to finish my half of the project, (I wanted to paint the walls myself). However, I failed to account for "Holy Week", (I'm Catholic). That threw the projects time frame off, though I'm 50-75% complleted with my part of the project. I would still need to remove the quarter rounds and facia platess with regards to the floors. The bathroom floor is gonna be a biti more complex, as I'll need to hire a plumber.

ANR Remodeling promptly responded to my request & came out to my house within days to take measurements. My contacts were all professional & friendly. They seemed very knowledgeable about our project, asked great questions, & brought up pointers for us to consider if we moved fwd. They promptly returned a written quote & were respectful in following up. I was able to secure grant funding for the project (grantor felt the quote was reasonable & the company well qualified). However, I am a renter & landlord declined to give permission for the project to move forward. When I own my home, I'd hire ANR.

ANR did a good job. Very even sanding, very professional. Also, very competitive price. Job was done on time and they cleaned up very nicely. In our particular case, we were hoping to go from natural oak to a dark, red/cherry mahogony stain (to match our wood floors we installed downstairs). It turned out a little bit lighter than what we hoped, but it is the right color tones, very even in color, and overall looks very, very nice. Would definately recomend ANR to anyone looking to redo their floors.

They did a very professional job with a minimum if mess and disruption. They were prompt and answered my questions clearly and politely.

Contractor was very professional. He took time to explain our options, what the project would cost, how much time it would take etc. The work was completed timely at the agreed price and the results were great.

The service is unbelievable. You will find "Ned" very easy to work with. ANR's work ethic is great. I am a picky customer and asked for things to be done in an unconventional way. They accomodated me in every way. No doubt in my mind that these guys will do well.

We were very happy with the work that ANR Remodeling did in our kitchen. We had our countertop replaced and at the suggestion of Ned, we also had unfinished cabinets installed. We wanted new cabinets but could not afford them and unfinished cabinets was the way to go. Ned and his team were awesome - they were professional, always on time and did a great job! ANR was also very reasonable in price. We would highly recommend them to everyone and anyone and we would use them for future jobs.
